robbalvey
I like the vine videos that you post on facebook/twitter. It's just another cool way to follow TPR Very nice, a whole trip distilled down to 6 second video bites, how 21st century Yeah, I'm really liking Vine a lot. I never got into Instagram because I didn't see the point. I could post a photo on Facebook or Twitter just as easily, but there isn't really a good way to post a video, and Vine makes that much easier. Â I like the fact that it forces a restriction of a 6-second clip as it becomes a "video tweet" - so it's great to use when there is something you want to show people when one photo just doesn't quite do it! Â And then because the app does save the videos to your phone in your camera roll, you can then easily string them all together in a video on YouTube! Wes
Yeah Vine is great...so much fun to use. Hope they add some more features in the future, like drafts, but I love it as is.
bert425
For those of you following us on Twitter, I've been posting a lot of VINE videos lately (If you don't have Vine, go to the iTunes App Store and download it RIGHT NOW!), and this is a video I strung to together of all our Vine video clips from the Mexico Tour. It sort of gives you a "snapshot" of what we did during the trip! Enjoy! Â Â looks like y'all had a fantastic time!. . . heh. .all those Mariachi's brought back flashbacks of my many travels in Mexico when I was younger. Â I'm shocked by the size of the lines to go up the pyramids. Granted, last time we went was over 20 years ago, but every time, we *never* had crowds like that. . . yep, the pyramid of the sun, and pyramid of the moon used to be Walk Ons
scbt
I like the vine videos, but next time you make a compilation video like this, could you add the captions to the video?

Alvey  I've never seen the reason for Instagram, either, but I like the idea behind Vine. How long before someone makes one of those "found-footage" horror flicks using this app?  It's a great way to sum up a trip.
Vtafro
A little upset with myself, still have yet to ride a sky coaster. Will need to remedy that soon. Â Fixed: we rode a sky coaster at six flags great adventure on Saturday. Was awesome.
robbalvey
I like the vine videos, but next time you make a compilation video like this, could you add the captions to the video? No.  I actually tried that, and felt it was a bit stupid. You simply don't have the time to read the caption AND watch the video in the 6 second clip. If I put the caption on a slate prior to the clip, then the entire thing just felt dis-jointed with gaps of text, then a video.  In short, if you not smart enough to figure out that this is a "video montage of a Mexico trip", which is what it says in the description of the video on YouTube, then you probably should just skip it at watch videos of goats screaming like humans.  --Robb  ps. And if you're still confused, you could simply just look at our Twitter feed... Edited April 7, 2013 by robbalvey
robbalvey
And here is today's video - A kind of rare flat ride - Waikiki Wave Super Flip! EVERY REPLY YOU MAKE HERE WILL GIVE YOU ONE ENTRY TO WIN A BAG-O-CRAP! (Yes, multiple comments DO count for more than one - but don't be stupid and post like 20 times in a row and keep your posts ON TOPIC with the videos!) TyRush
Ah S&S! This looks like a nice launcher, what is the speed, seems around 60-70mph!? Robb whats is your opinion on their coasters?
Mrlittle
This S&S coaster looks great. It seems to pack in a lot in small area. Plus it has two of my favorite things on a coaster. The first drop into a tunnel and of course the launch to start the ride.

TyRush
S&S launched coasters have come a long way since the now defunct Hypersonic at Kings Dominion. Hypersonic was AWESOME! Even though it sucked layout wise, the launch was insane. Will never forget my brother tempting me into doing, that was my first launched coaster
