yodathefrog
Mean Streak during Halloweekends on a very cold day...probably the worst 5 minutes of my life. When you get a charlie-horse in your neck from trying to keep your head still, that's bad...

TheLastGunslinger
I think I've had some internal injuries due to Hurricane down at the Pavilion in Myrtle Beach, SC.
The Undead Creature
The Ultimate at Lightwater Valley. The ride that sets out soley to give you a right good kicking. The good thing was it kicked you evenly from both sides so the damage kinda gets cancelled out.
Bubba83
Timber Wolf at Worlds of Fun in Kansas City, MO I wanted it to be over after the first drop already. It made my ribs hurt and feel like they were jumping all over my chest cavity. It also hurt my neck and head especially when it would bottom out at the end of a hill. cobra_roll06
I really hate those pinfari steel coasters....They should have death trap written all over them. If you sit in the back you get some awesome if not a little bit sore ejector airtime...but still...they are just too painful for any kind of enjoyment. coastercrazed49
1.Canobie Corkscrew- Canobie Lake Park 2.Cyclone- Six Flags New England But all the rest I have been on are supa smooth.
HogarthOK
Timber Wolf at Worlds of Fun in Kansas City, MO I wanted it to be over after the first drop already. It made my ribs hurt and feel like they were jumping all over my chest cavity. It also hurt my neck and head especially when it would bottom out at the end of a hill. Seconded. Worse, yet, it's the worst run coaster at WoF. I waited over an hour (at mid-morning in October), to get abused by that hunk of junk. (They were only running one train.) I bought the picture, though. People ask me "Why do you look happy in that [Patriot] photo and so unhappy in the TimberWolf photo??"

supertrooper
Son of Beast and The Rattler...don't know which I hate more. The Texas Giant is rough too, but at least it's a bit more fun. <----My avatar is actually drawn from an image of the last stretch of the Giant (looking backwards). ECZenith
The Riverside Cyclone used to rape back in the day... it's still pretty rough though. I would have to say early 90's Cyclone is easily the most painful out of the 250+ coasters I've done.
Disney Dood
Other than a Vekoma SLC, I'd say the Excalibur @ Funtown/ Splashtown USA was rough. But it's a woodie, and it kicks huge ass anyways.
mightypotato
The roughest steel I've been on is Viper at Darien Lake. Its the only ride that has actually given me bruises. In terms of wood roller coasters, my experience is fairly limited, but I can say without question that its Wild Beast at PCW. Its gotten so bad that I refuse to even go on it anymore. verticalzero
Any "Hang n Bang" or SLC are the worst. Wood: SOB but only in the 1st double helix, that was in Y2K mind Steel: The 10 Looper at Thorpe Park esp through the "Cobra Roll", it nearly stops. gatorchomp83
While I haven't ridden one yet, I've heard about 'em. Yet, when I get down to Beech Bend this year I really want to ride the thing! I'm actually looking forward to it. HANDS DOWN the roughest, worst AND scariest coaster I've ever been on. I'd heard about them plenty of times, but I had to get the credit while at Beech Bend. I've never been more afraid for my safety than on that coaster, and it was also just downright painful.

devol4
The Roughest Coaster I have ever been on is the Superwirbel at Holiday Park. I don't know what happened during the winter but that track is jacked up. Two Seat in front of us a girl knocked out one of her front teeth. What a shame......
