jbottgen
^ My house farm keeps shrinking in size due to all the purchases. I cut it in half for the comic book event. Now we have a whole new set of things to collect.
COASTER FREAK 11
Its really irritating to me cause I don't have house farms. I spent the time and created neighborhoods and districts!
chadster
I have two hoods but no farms; should probably finish decorating the south hood. Only have a strip and a half of land left to acquire and then I'll be relegated to making things disappear or squeezing things together which I'd rather not do. I'm quite fond of my government, retail, and beach districts.
jray21
Another little update. According to the online guide I follow, the Running Out the Clock quests and the Building Toward the Sky Quests should be ignored if they're already at the levels we talked about earlier. SharkTums
What's the update? I don't see anything different?
jray21
I checked and it's not really an update, more of just stuff that randomly pops up. I didn't have those two quests and they just randomly appeared so I thought it was an update.
USCoaster
I think they appear when you complete the final Sideshow Bob quest.
chadster
^That's when mine appeared. I'm struggling to get enough DNA and Masks to buy anything other than the cactus patch. If I'm lucky I might be able to buy the Homer Decoy, otherwise I'll load up on small stuff to zero out the bank before the event ends. One can never have enough cane patches. On a bright note, since I never had the chance to get Lard Lad (only the first church of Lard Lad) I had a nice surprise in this weeks mystery box, Lard Lard! Woot! I was actually surprised they'd give away a 110 donut prize, but I suppose it's old enough now that either everyone has it that wants it, or those that don't have it don't care. jbottgen
^Nice prize with Lard Lad. Almost have Bob's mom, then it is just collect as much as I can since it ends in a few days. Debating on getting either Bob's wife and/or kid.
Guy T. Koepp
I Tapped out on this update as soon as I got Side Show Bob. Get it... ...Tapped out... ...cause it's the name of the game. = Comedy! Laugh damn it! These jokes won't write themselves!
PeoplemoverMatt
Another little update. According to the online guide I follow, the Running Out the Clock quests and the Building Toward the Sky Quests should be ignored if they're already at the levels we talked about earlier. So...we unlock quests or download them in updates only to ignore them? Makes sense.
chadster
Wow! I might actually get the boat, I didn't think it was possible but with only 500 masks to go its looking like a miracle will happen!
jray21
I ended up getting everything so far. I only haven't gotten the Welcome Bob sign and a plant box but I really don't care if I get those. I'm so done with this event!
chadster
Speaking with done with this event, isn't it time for it to go bye bye? The only item I didn't get was decoy homer, which meh. I ended up cashing out on the flower box and welcome bob sign, although really once I got the boat I was done.
OldJJman
Speaking with done with this event, isn't it time for it to go bye bye? I stopped playing yesterday, as I wasn't going to get the Bob sign. Got everything else. Finished Burns mountain of money. I didn't mind this event as much as others seemed to. Far from my favorite though. Believe it or not, "Whacking Day" was my favorite. My biggest pet peeve with this one was that visiting neighbors (leaving seeds, tapping Bobs) was basically worthless. I still enjoy the game, and am awaiting the next update. Guy T. Koepp
I might just be on my last legs for this game. You might say, "I think I might be tapping out of Tap Out."
SharkTums
I haven't even bothered the last two days, I feel really tired and burned out by this event. Actually, this and the Simpsons I feel I'm going to start playing more casually as I feel burned out by all the events lately.
jbottgen
Actually, this and the Family Guy I feel I'm going to start playing more casually as I feel burned out by all the events lately. Agreed. I have only logged on once a day to both games the last few days now.
jray21
After the last batch of prizes timed out a few days ago I've barely logged in. I haven't liked the updates for a long time, and this one was just too long for me, and I had no clue what any of the story lines were. I agree with what Robb said a while ago, it really needs mini games of some kind.
jray21
Required update just released. Removes the latest overlay, but keeps Mr. Burns mountain of money task. Adds option to buy the vegetable sideshow bob guys, a captain bob costume and some rakes, and other stuff. Didn't really look too much into it. Two quests start, one with sideshow bob, and one with Cecil.
chadster
I'm just not starting to finish up the quest lines from the level 52 update. I sent everyone on a 24hour task except burns, the lunch lady, bart, and someone else, haven't logged back in since. Pretty much down to once, maybe if I'm super bored, twice a day. I still maintain these 45 day things are too much. A 2 week quest I can deal with, but a month and half is almost like they are trying to come up with way to keep everyone busy while they work on other stuff. chadster
Well, level 53 showed up unexpectedly. Guess I should finishe level 52.
jray21
Yeah, it added a "Higher Class of Politics" storyline, and a build for Spiffany's. Also, there are a few Malibu Stacy items available for Doughnuts.
jbottgen
And we get another character that does not cost doughnuts. Bonus!
