Both Starry Sky Whatever and Dinoconda are amazing rides. I'm very glad there is this great footage to show all the people who are asking what were my favorite coasters.

The flyer was mostly just above grass but the horseshoe at the beginning has a great view of the hills. A great way to appricate the flying aspect before the ride picks up. The following 540 spin into a loop is possibly the best element combination I have ever been on. I like pretzel loops but this doesnt crush your chest in the way we all love or hate. On this you get a double kick of the force for a more managable about of time. Then it carries on for more swopping and weyheying. Assuming this coaster remains accessible I would definatly go back for this in a few years time and add on Shanghi Disneyland. Easily the best flyer I have been on although I havent tried its main competitors.

The Dinoconda was my first 4D and I instantly loved it so much that a part of me was annoyed with myself for waiting this long. But the warm fuzzy feeling afterwards made the waiting all the more special. I have seen many pictures of the various track layouts but never fully appricated just how insane the extra dimention made the ride. The themeing was cool if a bit odd but I have no objections to a dinosour theme park wanting to install something on this scale.

Thanks go to Robb for getting us on these as much as we did, and to Nick for giving up his seat on the last run of Dinoconda for another go for me.

This could very well be the best "family" ride in all of China!

Hong Kong Disneyland's Big Grizzly Mountain... It really is the *perfect mix* of Big Thunder Mountain and Expedition Everest. Take a look...

I really admire the job that Disney and Vekoma did on Big Grizzly. The entire ride has the Disney touch and is set up perfectly to provide a unique family-friendly experience. Each time I've seen the ride I find it hard to believe just how big of an area (or what it seems like) it all encompasses.

^ The thing is, I don't actually believe it takes up *that* much space, at least not the ride itself. It seems to double back on itself quite a bit. Moreso than Everest or Big Thunder. And it's not very tall either. It a perfect example of how to use space and lack of height to really make something exciting.

I really, really liked the ride a LOT. More than I was expecting, because, as much as I do like Everest, I feel that ride meanders more than it is thrilling. And BGM has *some* of that, especially on the backwards section right before the launch track, but for the most part, the ride feels a lot more like Big Thunder than Everest, in that it's more sprawling, without taking up too much space.

Was really impressed with the ride, the area, and the overall package. Really looking forward to Mystic Manor now!

I guess that they did do quite a good job then making the ride seem bigger/more expansive than it actually is.

Oh how it pains me to be a poor college student and too strapped for cash to join TPR on their epic journies. *sigh* Oh well. Guess it's never too early to start putting money away for a future TPR trip, huh?

Yeah, take a look at the ride under construction on the satellite. It's not a small ride, but I don't think it's as big as you'd think....

I had no idea this ride was launched until I saw the video. I thought that second reverse point was a reverse lift similar to what's found on Expedition Everest. Of course, I think this is the best footage I've seen of the ride as most of the other videos were shaky mid-train POVs on YouTube.

Big Grizzly Mountain Runaway Mine Cars looks like it could be the world's best family coaster. It does look like a hybrid of Expedition Everest and Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, but with the addition of a launch it may be superior to both. Certainly not the most intense Disney coaster, but it does look like it could possibly be the best.

I think it's awesome how the Disney Parks are continually pushing the envelope in making great-looking coasters that everyone can enjoy together.

I really like how there are lots of track sections placed side by side. It makes you think that the ride is a lot larger than it actually is, as if it were a big railroad or mine cart network.

BGM really does look fantastic. I "like" Everest but I don't love it as a coaster. I feel like there is of boring meandering and very little exciting action, but this things looks very well paced and full of surprises. Great footage as always.

This really does look like a fun ride, and the theming is pretty incredible, but it does look a bit slow and 'boring' at times. The launch part looks like a lot of fun though.

My favorite aspect of BTMR is the out of control feeling and the sudden drops and janky track, this doesn't seems to have any of that. Even though the cable snapping and stuff is supposed to give the appearance of being out of control, it looks like the physical ride is quite tame.

Do you guys that rode this think you prefer this over BTMR or is it just different?

This ride is the perfect "combo" of Expedition Everest and Big Thunder and that includes that it doesn't meander and doesn't have as many boring parts as EE, but it's not quite as "out of control" as BTM.

As to which I prefer, I'm not sure. I prefer Big Grizzly to Everest, but is probably give Thunder Mountain the slight edge, and I do mean *slight*.

BGM really is a great looking all around fun coster, which is what Disney does best! It'll be entertaining for everyone. Looks like a fun ride with great theming, and some fun and unique elements! Thanks for the great video!
