robbalvey
This is by far the oddest trip I've every been on. So much random fun. It sure is Larry.....
Meteornotes
^Isn't Larry supposed to wear that all the time?!? dt
cyclops2963
The first photo reminded me of my past. The opening shot is another knockoff of a sculpture in Berwyn, Illinois at a shopping mall called "Cars on a Spike"
Jojo19799
^I thought of Wayne's World when I saw that. I also decided I'm going to put a Tagada in my backyard, and if lawyers do fall from the sky, I will make sure my T-Rex will eat them. Thanks for posting updates from China Robb. I really wish I could have gone on this trip because honestly, the only way I would go to China is with TPR. I'm glad everyone is having a good time and nobody has died riding knockoff SLCs. Brandy524
I totally want to ride a Tagada! That video looks like such amazing fun!

Meteornotes
I cannot imagine the amount of crack you would have to consume to come up with an idea for a ride like that. Just so wrong in so many ways. dt
televisedconfession
How do I get one of these in my back yard?!?!?!?!?!
Jew
Looks like I need to save for the next TPR china trip! Jason - Unfortunately, after riding many of us have concerns about how time will treat this coaster, we'll see shortly hoe Fireball held up. Fireball was great on the last China trip...really hope that still holds true!
RoCo
China, YOU SO CRAZAY! That looping toboggan is amazing.

TPDave
You had me at turtles!! For a place that had so many knock-off things, the ice house looks really good!
OCJ48
I think the worst-looking parts were the transitions to the loop and the weird, rusty lifthill pipe.
Moose
^You say that like there were good looking parts.
A.J.
Just a heads-up - apparently they're re-tracking Wooden Coaster Fireball? Now you won't be able to tell how rough the ride has gotten over three years. But, I guess they're re-tracking it for a reason...
DougMJr
That is a present surprise. Looking through this PTR I was getting the impression that most of China's parks lack in the maintenence department.
Jew
^The Happy Valley parks are the closest thing to typical "western" theme parks in China, so that is hardly surprising.
ernierocker
^But it is still in China where the precedence hasn't really been set yet for maintaining their rides well. But this does indeed sound encouraging!

That picture you linked to was taken in MAY and it's now nearly OCTOBER! Of course the ride is open. We rode it today and it ran AMAZING!!! Jew
^That's great to hear! I really loved the ride on the last China trip.
A.J.
It said on the ride's page that it would be closed for three to four months, so I got a little worried.
ernierocker
I like to think that they read this forum and saw TPR's concerns, then retracked it especially for the China Trip.
OldJJman
It's good to hear that Fireball was running well!! Because it is a really good coaster! All we could think about last time we were there was "How will this hold up in 2-3 years?" JJ
TPDave
Glad to hear its still riding great! I looks like an awesome ride, shame it seems to need so much upkeep though. Still hugely jealous - screw you guys!!
