[RCT3] Six Flags Over Wisconsin

Recommended Posts

Welcome to Six Flags Over Wisconsin in 2004. See my other park Six Flags Florida Escape.

Shot0306.bmp

Six Flags have been hiding the construction of this park for months now and I got to go to one of it's media days. The park will open next year.

Shot0476.bmp

I was greeted by Greased Lightning that used to be at California's Great America.

Shot0315.bmp

There were a few flat rides, too.

Shot0477.bmp

And a Zamperla Spinning Wild Mouse named Pandemonium was there too.

Shot0478.bmp

A rapids ride is across from Greased Lightning.

Shot0479.bmp

Superman: Tower of Power looks great! The park reminds me of Kentucky Kingdom a little bit.

Shot0480.bmp

Thankfully, the rides Greased Lightning, Superman: Tower of Power and Pandemonium will be open for five days. Have a great day!

Your wild mouse is floating. Also, I'd suggest changing the Power Tower's colors so that each tower isn't just one color. Other than that, looks like a great start, can't wait to see more.

I think the coasters look really good. However, landscaping and the pathways just don't make me happy. It is your park and you can do whatever you want, but I think you should make your paths not as blocky and more, how should I put this, flowing.

I do like your park, but put some originality in some of the ride names. Using the names of former or current rides makes the park look unoriginal.

Use names that relate to the state of Wisconsin. Look at SFOG, for example, they have Georgia Scorcher and Georgia Cyclone. SFOT, New Texas Giant. Put something besides Batman, Pandemonium, Chang, Bizarro, Hurricane Harbor, etc. A Six Flags park has one or two coasters that use the default names such as Batman or Superman.

Try some terrain paints around your rollercoaster’s, for example where the track meets near to the ground I like to make the terrain muddy, This makes it look as if trees have been cleared for the coaster and IMO makes it look more realistic. Also would I suggest adding some lakes or hills in some places, makes your park nicer to look at. I think you have a decent park here for NCS so keep going its good.

Good luck, Jake!

This park has potential but you're not fulfilling it. Your path ways are way to wide and blocky. I know you're not using CS but that doesn't mean that you can't make your vegetation and paths look bad. Add borders around your paths, and supports your coaster with what you have in the game. The Wild Mouse coaster is floating, killing at realism. Hurricane harbor has two water slides and 3 small rectangular pools, with a small seating area. Where's the kids area, and the family slides? The wave pool, and the lazy river? Also, I suggest changing the colors of your stations, they're all the same color, brown. Voxelmatic is kind of right, you have a park of cloned rides. Bizzaro is an awesome coaster but it's the exact same as the SFNE one, and the same with Chang! It seems like you rush your park and don't put anytime into it.

Instead of putting up an update every two or three days or so, put one up every other week or once every week. That puts more time to look over the park to tidy things up and get the park looking presentable instead of looking like you spent five minutes then decided that it was perfect for an update.

I would suggest looking at other RCT3 parks to get inspiration for your coasters. You might have changed one or two things, but at the end of the day, it's still a clone and that's being unoriginal. I don't want a park full of coasters that we've seen before; I want a park that will show YOUR creativity at work. I want something that will make me say, "If this existed in real life, I would ride it in a heartbeat."

Bizarro is different, the twist ending and the turn after the over banked turn are different.

Pandemonium, Bizzaro, and Batman: the Ride's stations are not brown.

But most of the stations are brown from what I could see. I did see that Chang, Batman, and Pandemonium have different color stations, but they all seem to be built the same. Except for Pandaemonium. Also, how was I supposed to know that Bizzaro had a different ending? You never showed us that.

The entrance doesn't work for me, it looks like it's for a carnival. Try taking pictures from different angles, and don't let the background be bare green lands. Remember it has potential, you just need to put the time and effort into it!
