Yellow Jacket
I got my "Bag of Crap" in the mail yesterday for making a donation to some of the Coasting for Kids riders raising money for Give Kids the World Thanks for the gift guys. I would have donated anyway; but this makes it all the more fun. Look what I got today! A bag in the mail! Look at all that crap. It was a Big Bag of Crap from TPR! Thanks Robb! I got a DVD! Hmmm, what could it be? Wow, Coaster Expedition 6! There's 2...that's right..2 T-Shirts! From not one, but two years of West Coast Bash! They have logos on both the front... and the back! Incredible! ...and then I got this collection of park maps. I hadn't collected Park maps before. I always picked one up when I entered the park, memorized most of it, referred to it as needed throughout the day and then discarded the well worn map as we left. Now I will have to search out a pristine copy before leaving the park each day to add to my collection. Robb, you should be ashamed for encouraging a chronic pack-rat/hoarder. although it is not really your fault... I came by it naturally. This is my Mom's collection of Beanie Babies (still on the wall in the unused bedroom) and a portion of her basket collection still on the wall in the den (what would I do with them if I took them down? I would have to deal with them somehow). I got started at an early age--my sticker collection. I also started collecting coins at a young age...and as could be seen, if you could see through the dust, by my state quarter collection; I am still at it today. Also in the background of this shot is evidence of my ski area trail map and rock collections. 15 or so years worth of ski area pins... music collection... California Raisins... Books... Big stack of mail order catalogs behind a stack of juggling props... More juggling related toys. I have over 30 Kendamas in my collection... My mom collected spoons--I kept the ones from places i had been to... I used the other racks for my key chains (3-4 racks so far)... then there's glasses from the Microbreweries/Brewpubs I have visited... beer bottles from my favorite beers (hundreds of favorite beers)... and to bring it back home to TPR...roller coaster parts (there's a whole other shelf of Rampage parts and a sign from Visionland in the garage)... What am I going to do with another collection!??... It's going to drive me to drinking!!... Hey thanks, Robb!...that's another one for the collection.
