Kyle Coleman
Was thinking about heading out to six flags over texas in may for a little new texas giant action and was wondering if this would be a good time to go crowd wise and what I could expect on a typical day there for that time of year. Thanks in advance for any help. Edited February 22, 2012 by x2isawesome
-Edge of Beast-
Thread title = win. Â Â Serious now, I went to SFOT in May of 2010 and it was still rather busy. I guess it really just depends on the day- I went on a sunday. Have fun though, The New Texas Giant looks like a winner!
chrisdanger
One word: YES. Its the only time I visit the park on weekdays throughout the year, as its both quiet and I can get usually jump on the rides w/o much wait. The closer to memorial day it gets, the more crowded it gets. The only drawback is some of the rides may not be opened and the opening hours may be shortened (10a-6p) but else wise I would highly advise it... Perilous Chris
^ How is SFOT the first week of June, say on a tues - thurs? Would two days be enough for SFOT and Hurricane Harbor?
Kyle Coleman
Decided to change my trip from may 21st to june 4th and am still hoping for light crowds and not too many school groups and such. But, so long as I can get some new credits and a few laps on the giant then I will be happy.
