coastercrazy 9
This is a work in progress. All supports, except for the launch, are custom. I am trying to build my supporting skills. Tell me what you think! Enjoy! It is a multi launch coaster, the second launch is before the inverted top hat. The Launch! General layout overview After the inverted top-hat. A funky looking exit to a helix. Right Now this is the Signature shot of the ride! My progress so far in the top hat... A very force full, but fun turn My progress on the first overbank. coastercrazy 9
An update for today... Most work on the top hat is completed, and from the launch to the zero g roll almost all supports are complete, and a few minor tweaks are all that need to be changed. Enjoy! I still need to attach the track, but the main structure is basically complete! These are what most connections will look like. An overview... Full shot of the newly constructed supports! Full Track Overview!
accelerate
My main criticism is that the top-hat is way too far into the layout. It should be closer to the launch. Other wise, this looks pretty good!
coastercrazy 9
I know what you are saying, I noticed that too, but I had the idea of a multi launch so I figured I might as well have a very BIG second half. Thanks for the comment!
coastercrazy 9
Todays Update! Yay! This is the section that will be included in the next update! This is the awkward support! Two new A-Frames! New Top Hat connections! High speed connections!
coastercrazy 9
I finished the first half of the ride, and started the sections after the top hat. I have not been able to do too much supports because school is getting harder as the semester moves on, so I present you with a still unnamed coaster! If you have any names, or themes, or color changes, please, PLEASE comment! Enjoy! Showing where the last update left off. Hey, I found the train! Look at that brand new A-Frame! Many single supports, the only non custom on the ride! Just a couple more singles... New Top-Hat goodness! This is where the supports will stop for today. Full ride overview. Ace Of Spades
This is actually pretty neat, and has some great elements! The only thing I'd change is the absolutely *terrible* paint scheme. It's really hard on the eyes. >.> Keep up the good work otherwise!
coastercrazy 9
^I know that the color scheme stinks, but blue has been done, red has been done, yellow and orange has been done, and my other coasters are green and black! Any suggestions! Lol!
coastercrazy 9
I really had to this coasters color scheme, I came up with three, can you please help me choose one! Ace Of Spades
All the options are better than the original, but as a personal choice, I'd pick number three!
doublestufforeo
I like option one personally.
Vigil
I'd go for option three, but I may be a little biased as I go to UVA...

coastercrazy 9
Lots of work has been done! The top hat is finally completed. In the next one or two updates the entire ride could be completed! Enjoy the pictures! Brand new top hat sexy-ness. Connect to the left! Connect to the right! Big stengel dive... New cross supports. New A frames. I love this transition, and all the g's are green! Very twisty supports to come... Maybe the last overview of the construction process! Ace Of Spades
Looking really good now! Can't wait to see it when the supports are finished/terrain is all dressed up with trees and etc.
coastercrazy 9
Should I make it have thick forestry, or a swampy environment?
KDCOASTERFAN
Looking really good now! Can't wait to see it when the supports are finished/terrain is all dressed up with trees and etc. To make things easier how about adding supports as you go along instead of creating the full circuit & then having to go over it section by section adding supports? accelerate
I usually do things the way he does it, adding supports later. That way, your layout is uninhibitted.
coastercrazy 9
I guess that I just like to see the full result as I go. That way if a support looks really weird I can fix it.
