- Q: I cannot make it to the park before check-in ends, can I still attend the event if I cannot make the entire day? A: Yes, you may arrive after check-in ends. Your event packet will be left at will call or guest relations under the name of the person who registered. Please note there are NO REFUNDS given if you cannot make the event.

TPR's Haunt events are without a doubt the best out there. Other sites offer them (Miceage, ThemeParkAdventure) on different nights, but those events don't include lights-on maze walkthrus, panel discussions, or a maze wristband.

Last year, the wristband was pretty much a waste since the park was empty, but this year - being on a Saturday - it should be very useful.

For those who have never been to the haunt event, know that it includes a full day of fun. Last year we got a walkthru of past of the Mine Ride (nothing like an early morning trip to the old Glory Hole....and then I went to Knott's).

Trust Robb when he says there will be great surpsises - he never lets us down.

Robb, any chance of a TPR night at other haunts, like Halloween Horror Nights?

I know that Sinister Pointe will be doing their own haunt again this year - that would be a great one, and I think it's located near the Empty Grave.

Based on price I'm potentially down for this... anyone wanna meet up though? I don't really wanna go alone and my friends won't be willing to do Knott's and HHN because of the costs... but we'll see cause I didn't do Haunt last year... so I'll have like 5 new things out of 12... so that sounds cool!

I really would love to do this, but my problem is I am such a wuss when it comes to really scary things. I would never go to the Universal event cause that would scare the crap out of me.

How scary is Knotts event or should I just stick with Disney?

Ross very scared Lucas

If you can't do Universal you won't be able to do Knotts. Knotts is the oldest and largest haunted theme park attraction in the world

Darn this is the same day as Epicenter in Irvine which I'm going to. I would totally go if it was the day before or after as I'm already going to be down in OC that weekend, but I'm doing Epicenter on Saturday Sept 24 which is an all day concert festival.

^ I just saw the lineup... you'd have to pay me to go to that festival... Bleh! The more and more I think about this the more it seems like I want to do this. Anyone going looking for someone to meet up with? Unless this is way out of my price range I would love to go, but I don't think its "in the cards" cause being on my own at a theme park is not my idea of a good time in most cases, but this sounds too good to pass up if anyone wants to hang out!

^^^ That's sort of hard to judge as it's a VERY personal thing.

www.youtube.com/user/ThemeParkAdventure#p/u/27/pWFpvhou4Pc Heres a "maze flow through" from Theme Park Adventure... if this seems scary stay away but if it looks like fun you'll love it.

^^ Personally I get many more scares at HHN but I think Scary Farm is pretty awesome as well... less scary and detailed, but it's more "fun" in a way.

hmmm this may be my only time available to get to Knott's this year.. it's a week before I start working HAUNT up in Norcal assuming they don't try and put our scare school a week before our preview nights...which would be no bueno =\

Hey All,

I could use some advice. My friend and I will be staying in Anaheim from the 22-25th (flying in from NorCal), and staying across from the Disneyland main gate . Does anyone know of a cost effective way to get to Knotts for the Haunt Event?

Take zee bus! It's a pretty short bus ride like 30 min or less from there. Would cost you less than $5 bux roundtrip. If I have room I might be down to give you guys a ride if you want, I'm gonna be picking my friend up from her place which is right next door to Disneyland.
