Hhappy
Day 3 (Part 1): Tobu Zoo  Tobu Zoo (and Kawasemi) were some of the few names that rang a bell before heading to Japan. So i was really looking forward to this day (especially after riding (and loving) a bunch of the other Mega-lite's in the world)  This was an awesome visit to an awesome park. My only "regret"... i spent too much time taking pictures of Kawasemi instead of riding it.  Guess i'll have to go back to marathon it. It was running pretty darn good early in the morning and you could see it getting quicker an quicker during the day. Quicker = more airtime and this one really does deliver.  The following is a bunch of pictures from that day including a lot of Kawasemi pictures.  Awesomeness deserves a lot of pictures.  Enjoy Guess we're heading that way hmm, i see something in the distance please cover up first look inside the park that woodie looks like fun.. hmm, it's yellow another wheel... park mascot (i think) ok, let's get this day started.. pretty yummie One of the first trains ok, time to check out some other angles pretty sky the park is open but it's still almot like ERT transition looks like they are almost at the top going down how's it going back row? checking the underside did somebody say airtime?? (look at the red strap things on the right side of the train) change of direction (check the wheel) trying something different can i have one in my garden?? please?? aaaiirrtime look, there are some more riders going down yeah.. should have done some photoshop work to get two trains on track.. keep on riding guys twisty bits turn turn turn hmmm how's it going?? can you see the airtime?? drum roll.... hmmm yeah, now with train almost down full train fun do i need to add anything to this? riders on their way to heaven AIR spot the none TPR members back rows seem to enjoy it another twisty moment (with nice sky) Hair and airtime next train how's it going guys? up high owh crap love the hair (and yes.. airtime does funny things) just because it looks so pretty happy riders ok, time to move on across the water that train does not look that big (or tiny) time to check out more of this park.. Regina.. woodie Regina not the best picture framing by myself.. ehm... pretty lights bright colors these are always fun ok, time for some Larry pictures.. every update shoulld have some i guess.. feeling sleepy.. yeah.. he's gone bye bye Larry hmm, that does look prett big.. QueerRudie
Kleenex please... Â As I sit here, longing, waiting, and drooling over Skyrush, you deliver some of the -single- finest MegaLite porn I've seen in my life. Simply filthy, Hanno, just plain dirty. I know this site is PG13, but some of those shots are definitely XXX. The catch-car, the transition pipe box, the close up of the trains the strangely funky supports of the first curve (WEEERD!)- an outstanding job as usual. Â (BTW: What's with all the Japanese people in their cloaking devices on the MegaLite? Or was the airtime so intense it ejected them off?) Â R.D. RoCo
Those Kawasemi shots are, indeed, reverse-cowgirl-sexy. Holy jebus. Â Fantastic work, among your best, easily. Hhappy
Day 3 (Part 2) : Hanayashiki  After an awesome time at Tobu Zoo we made the journey to a small park called Hanayashiki. Never heard of this place (as so many places in Japan (woops)) but had an awesome time here. Bit of rain helped with the temperature for a while and as you might have seen in Robb's update it was a fine example of the Energy of a TPR trip at this park. Marathoning the coaster there was just awesome.  Anyway, i tried to capture the fun and energy so here's a bunch of pictures enjoy and feel free to comment. First look inside the park that looks pretty darn big hmm pretty how's it going?? so many things to look at it fits wassup? for the nerds if i remember correctly there was some sort of tunnel of love in there? Roller Coaster (aka credit time) yeah, it was raining pretty good by now hmm, have to remember this spot for later looked interesting guess what?? looks like the sun is back yeah let's ride row row row not sure what's happening here sunshine that's a big big tower aaahhh this look remind me of 08 europe trip (colossus) go look it up K'O ?? plenty of space yeah they are back don't stop guys, keep on rowing going down tried to hide to camera.. guess i failed.. duck basically an overview of the park chilling while going up.. (lap 15?) drop fun take the tunnel bug still plenty of space hmm, that tower has to be tall with those clouds just to give you an idea of how big it is and they are still going surprise hit and awesome place to visit. Thank you TPR energy group photo time for a walk don't have a clue what this was.. byt it looked interesting for some reason this screamed (a bit) Japan to me.. yeah don't go.. there's more

RoCo
The "weathered urban Japanese-ness" of this park is fantastic. Love it all. And, yeah, that is one hella big tower.
Hhappy
The plan for Day 4 was to hit 2 parks... Toshimaen and Seibuen  Here's the result  I did not take many pictures here but did have a great time at both parks. Something totally different compared to the bigger parks. And yes.. i somehow managed to also get on the powered coaster at Seibuen. Rain or Shine.. coasters and friends present a great time First stop.. Toshimaen Park map might be handy just taking a nice relaxing walk. No rush wait.. german?? ehm.. interesting structure there it goes.. hill and green, while being blue.. you still get it? Ninja's on a train full train yup, they seem to be happy but there is more another credit way too happy for a kiddie who needs netting?? bummer, closed today.. or should i be happy? i still see you blue track pretty hill Mystery zone, still not sure what happened hey?? can we please go there??? we made it to the second stop another park map (just in case) Loop Screw coaster.. toilets nearby.. always handy control boot thingy waiting for the water effects reflection look, there's a train.. somewhere (missing the ouch ouch sound) going up have fun guys.. have fun.. is it pain?? is it joy?? you decide ok, final random image from this park.. Hhappy
Day 5: Cosmoworld and Sea Paradise  Another 2 park visit. Cosmoworld was awesome. rom the welcoming sign to the park itself and it's location. All the random stuff that could be done there made it a great visit.  Sea Paradise was a short visit for me, got the credit.. rode Blue Fall (thanks Robb) and left (had to do some other things )  Just one more stop after this (Nasu Highland) and then it's time to try and recap 2 Disney visits.. 3 days during the trip and some bonus time after the trip.. but more on that later.  First it's time to enjoy Cosmoworld and Sea Paradise.  Don't forget to post comments another train station credit owh, landmark building i guess that's where we are going to another look at this building looks like the park is ready for us. I can see a coaster testing what the heck is that? getting closer this is so freaking awesome. Loved the welcome note making good use of available space imagine this with trains etc.. signature shot? ferris wheel, and yes it was big. zoom in piece of track here they go derek is thinking about his last bear, Rene looks worried and the rest... pink track getting closer yeah, water different angle helix fun time to check out the mouse. Why so worried? time to get accros the water yeah, another credit happy riders in the distance tight fit for some time to chill next time i'll ride this.. next time.. small splash not sure what's happening here having fun?? should be more water.. bigger wave at the front best part of the ride (i've been told) structure look, there's another train rolling by the night look part of the park on the other side of te water (seen from the ferris wheel) credit not sure what it was doing here looking down the drop (no train... bummer) on the roof of a nearby building different drop angle yeah, with train ok, this does look funky, time to get to the next park credit time 2 tall things near the water rolling by starting the drop half way point hitting the brakes. That's all folks
QueerRudie
Hanno- Another wonderful update, across the board. I don't know how you do it- it must be a special talent- but you seem to make even the nastiest looking TOGO coasters look like they're made by Intamin or B&M- simply elegant pictures of such painful torture devices! RoCo
^ I know, RIIIGHT?!?! Â Cosmoworld looks amazing. And I'm almost positive it got smashed up good in "Godzilla and Mothra: The Battle for Earth?" Or at least the big Ferris wheel? Â Japan... if only you were Canada... (no offense to Canada; you're awesome, too.)

QueerRudie
Wow- I never thought I'd get to say this: But that train is giving you 'The Bird!' hehehehehe- I never even saw the bird when I first saw that pic... Apparantly, in Japan, the coaster trains wear cloaking devices, too!
