That kid should have swung with his left hand once that old man grabbed his right wrist. Get famous for knocking out an old man who happens to be a congressman and could have totally gotten away with it. Oh well, he'll get a nice sum in the lawsuit.

Well, my mom just screamed at me, like she does every week. To sum it up, I'm basically the worst person in the world and I'm very rude and she sometimes claims she does not want me to live with her. What a wonderful day.

Oh ya! It's a huge academic thing at my school to tour colleges.

 

It's the same at my middle school.

Wow I didn't start looking until junior year--and yeah my 13 year old sister got dragged along on the tours, but she was bored out of her mind!

Argh! So angry at some people! I recently announced that I was Agnostic, and now, since I live in the bible belt, all of my "friends" are trying to convert me, and whispering about me behind my back! And nobody is there to support me because I am the only Agnostic person at my middle school! I'm tired of people "praying" for me!

^ I concurrish... I am going through the same thing, but my friends couldnt care less. The only bad part is I kind of need to act religious in my famil, but religion just seems to make life so much harder, and I really dont need it now. If I have some revelation in the future so be it, but I am far too young to think about these things for the time being. Also, there are some things ab out religion that just bother me... I know religious people that are some BAD people, but they think they are good people through religion. Oh well, I dont care what people say, as of about 6 months ago, which is the first time I started really questioning religion, I have decided I am agnostic.

I know how you feel. I had an interview finally, but no one else seems to even care to at least call back with "thanks for your application, but we don't need anyone right now" or "we'll keep your application on file for 90 days if anything comes up".

Neighbours.. My step dad is in the forces and we've moved around a lot and in not one house did we have neighbours. Now that he's coming out and we're moving to Canada we've rented a temporary (like four months?) place until the emmigration goes through. The neighbours are so noisy , every night they're always being generally loud and the walls are so thin. Argh.

A few nights ago I was heading home from work around 12 when a deer came from the woods and crossed infront of me. Needless to say I didn't have time to stop and it hit the driver side of my car. The fender needs to be replaced and my headlights need to be adjusted. It's still driveable and it's not to bad but my local body shop said that it won't be able to be fixed by July 12th. Thankfully my insurance will cover it. The worst part about it was cleaning the blood and hair off of it.

Today, I just realized that iPod-style headphones are the absolute WORST headphones ever. Even the really well built ones like Phillips have a tendency to crap out on you after about a year of use. This is the FOURTH pair of earbud headphones that I've gone through where one side goes dead. Two cheap pairs (which is expected) and two decent pairs (where one got fixed). It really pisses me off.

 

But at least I get to listen to my two favorite morning show hosts again.

I had a wonderful dream last night that ended in tragedy! I was at the 2010 Royal Adelaide Show and I had lots of money to go on all the rides including the Skymaster Ferris Wheel. My last ride I went on before I went home was the Gravitron, but it had been badly maintained and somthing loosened, causing the panel that I was on to break, free with great force and it crashed into a stall trailer and I was seriously injured. I was rushed by ambulance to the Royal Adelaide Hospital where I died 3 hours later.

I hate people! Why is it of late that people online, (in this case xbox live), have to scream, shout, swear and call you every name under the sun if you beat them or kill them? Can they really not take losing? Is there life going to come to a glorious and spectacular end if there scoreboard shows a loss?

 

And secondly, people can't hold a conversation anymore. They just look at the floor and mumble..

All I can offer you is assurance that you can AND will get through this, with a little time and support from your friends. Things might be totally crap now, but you know they will get better as time passes, and the best thing you can do now is be there for your mom and work through it together and do alot of talking and possibly crying and enjoy what you both share.

Ugh, Youtube is bothering me again.

 

The whole "like" or "dislike" thing on each video is making the comment boards that much more painful to read. Every page, there's one or two "362 people who dislike this video are f*gs!" or "362 people don't know real music! [insert band] FTW!"

 

I mean, I know people on Youtube are absolute morons, but this is just a new low.

I'm 19, single, and a virgin. I am not saying there is anything wrong with any of those things, but a lot of my friends who are my age are younger are moving much faster than me, have had multiple girlfriends, and are not virgins. I was talking to one of my friends yesterday whose SIXTEEN, and he's not even a virgin. I am just so awkward around girls when I like them, which sucks cause I am outgoing in almost every other way. Oh well... mabe this will be my year. If not theres always porn...coaster porn, that is!

^^I have been known to do that, but I agree that it can look a bit tacky and/or clunky. I would recommend at least wearing something slightly streamlined, like Converse. Also, sometimes I've done that because the sneakers coordinated much better with my outfit than any of my more skirt-appropriate shoes did.
