sspaz1000
Here's mine for the year, a combo of parks and other travels, but 2010 was 90% a good year. The other 10% we're not discussing, lol. January 2010, I went to Cardiff, Wales. I may or may not be a huge Doctor Who/Torchwood fan... Caerphilly Castle, used in BBC shows such as Doctor Who & Merlin. Gorgeous old castle, has that eerie haunted feel to it. This brings us up to February. What can I say blizzards and more blizzards came our way. That's the family dog in the snow. She loved it though. Onto April, Knoebels Opening weekend Here's the Twister, or should I be starting to say brain scrambler? My typical shot of The Phoenix. I still <3 this coaster. Kozmo's Kurves- Kozmo still beat the crap out of me. And I'm still debating on which was worse, that or High Speed Thrill Coaster. Now we're onto May, Here I am with the family at the Walk MS 2010 event. My mom was diagnosed with the disease in 2009, so we're doing the walk every year. Mothers Day Phillies game. Yes it was that cold in the shade. The Spectrum. Sadly this is being torn down, because people actually think Philly fans want to shop and eat at upscale dining places before sporting events. Last I checked we were all about getting hammered in the parking lots and booing everyone else. Flyers playoff game against Montreal. Memorial Day, I got to visit my friend in Toronto and go to Canada's Wonderland. I like this picture, though I hated the ride. Never had a ride beat me up more than that. Charlie Brown and Snoopy. Yep still a kid inside. Brings us to July, I saw that GASM at Great Adventure was closing. So I had to get the credit before it closed. My other wooden love, El Toro. Love Bruises from Kingda Ka. August saw some crappy time in my life, but I ended up going to Lakemont Park and Delgrosso's. Here is Leap The Dips. I loved it. Skyliner. I liked this one too. First ride, I wasn't so impressed with it but as the day wore on, it got a lot better. Crazy Mouse at Delgrosso's. First Spinning coaster. Not a fan. I felt so sick after riding. Philies game in August. The friend I visited in Toronto, came to visit me in Philly. I took her to Hershey. So here's Fahrenheit. Storm Runner and Great Bear. I know I'm in the minority but I really like Great Bear. Love Park in Philly. Big Bird himself Mr. Carol Spinney Back to the UK in October and was down in Bournemouth and Portsmouth. The sand was colder than the water. Big Ben and I. Hockey game this past week, with work. Good game and I got to test out my new camera. See they are tearing the spectrum down. Very very slowly. And to end my year, Santa on the firetruck at my apartment complex. Not gonna lie, I ran out there and got myself a candy cane.
Myself
Amusement park wise, this was an awesome year for me, and 2011 is looking to be even better. To start, Kennywood built its first coaster since the Phantom's Revenge this year! I loved being able to follow Sky Rocket's construction. Photographing each update made me that much more excited for its opening. And it's a great ride. It's not necessarily extreme, but it's FUN and that's what counts. This says it all. =D This ride deserves every bit of its success. Needless to say, I had my camera all over this ride! But we can't forget the other star attraction at the park. Some close-up detail on Kennywood's carousel. I'll admit it...I'm a sucker for antique wooden carousels. The Idlewild Mouse. Conneaut Lake Park's SBNO Toboggan. I also got to spend two days at my personal favorite park, Knoebels! Among many things, the atmosphere is awesome here. Again with the carousels...unfortunately, I didn't get any good shots of the main carousel. So the kiddie one will have to do. And a brief view of Twister. Another great old carousel, this one at Delgrosso's Amusement Park. The X-Scream drop tower at Waldameer. Back to Kennywood for Phantom Fright Nights! No caption necessary. Now to close with Christmas! Here is the giant Santa outside Idlewild. Last, but not least, Santa's sleigh on the Phantom.

nay
Lots of pictures from a great year, especially thanks to TPR! The WDW marathon weekend was the start of 2010 for me. It was unseasonably cold, but as always, an awesome way to start the year! I had the chance to check out the Richard Petty driving experience at WDW, too. I attended my first West Coast Bash this year, where our team won the scavenger hunt at SFMM. Team 38!! Also at WCB, on the Knott's day, Andrew and I were reminded of how horribly painful Ghostrider is. At Bay Area Bash, we had great animal encounters at Six Flags Discovery Kingdom. A credit whore side trip at Bay Area Bash was at the Oakland Zoo. Team Poncho, before getting drenched at the Tony Hawk Water Challenge at BAB. One of my favorite flat rides, Survivor at California's Great America. Jabbaru, Jabbaru! My 200th coaster, Flight Deck, at California's Great America. Unfortunately, shortly after that, I rode a spin-and-puke ride, and puked... so I sat outside watching Flight Deck go around a lot! My favorite WDW resort, the Animal Kingdom Lodge. Colin and I took on the Expedition Everest Challenge at DAK. I went to the Star Wars weekends at DHS, which was very hot and crowded, but I got to meet these guys. A shot from the queue in the Forbidden Journey ride at the WWOHP - a great addition to IOA! Butterbeer and pumpkin juice, yum!! Melissa, Christine and I got to visit Disneyland Paris prior to the TPR Europe trip. DLP's kick ass Big Thunder Mountain. On the Europe trip at Movieland Studios, Divv and I got completely drenched on U-571. Euro Mir at Europa Park! Some adventurous kids at Europa Park. Cameron, Larry and I enjoying some beer at the German fair. Tyler and Robby's 21st birthday at Busch Gardens. Running the Disneyland half marathon through the parks. Amy, Joey and I after finishing the Disneyland half marathon. World of Color! My first visit to Legoland in CA. Epcot Food and Wine Festival. I couldn't visit WDW during the holidays this year, but I got to see the Osborne Family lights up in October for the Wine and Dine half marathon! Our MNSSHP group with the Disney villains. Boo to you! Chris, Allison and I took part in the Indiana Jones stunt show at DHS. Hanging out with Jack at HHN. Poor Texas! Halloween at ElecTRONica in DCA. I absolutely love Haunted Mansion Holiday at Disneyland. And I'll start all over again in a few weeks for the WDW marathon!

JoeAcid
This is my pic of 2010. This sculpture is called "The Awakening" and its located in East Potomac Park in Washington D.C. It has nothing to do with Themepark or Rollercoaster. I find it very cool. In german i would say: "Ist einfach geil! " The Awakening
