The third row of the first car slams your butt, back, and head repeatedly throughout the entire ride and I hated it. I'll probably ride it again next year but only in the first row. So if your favorite ride is a steel coaster, then rank "favorite steel" number one. But if your favorite steel coaster is your third favorite coaster (meaning you like 2 wooden coasters more), then you'd put "favorite steel" at number 3 etc. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Would you rather ride your favorite steel coaster over any wooden coaster. If so give the Favorite Steel a 1 ranking. My top 10: 1) Balder - Liseberg 2) Boulder Dash - Lake Compounce 3) Phoenix - Knoebels 4) El Toro - Six Flags Great Adventure 5) Colossos - Heide Park 6) Ravine Flyer II - Waldameer 7) Avalanche - Timber Falls 8) Cornball Express - Indiana Beach 9) Raven - Holiday World 10) Prowler - Worlds of Fun I'm a little embarrassed to have Prowler in my top 10. Oh well. I would have done better if I had not stuck my hands inside the grab holes at the front of those homemade roller coaster cars. Here are my top 5 Ravine Flyer II at Waldameer The Beast at KI Blue Streak at CP The Voyage at HW Cross between Thunderbolt at KW and Raven at HW I do not know what it was about it, but I absolutely loved Blue Streak. While the Voyage is incredible, it was pretty violent. In future years, I am sure it will score higher on my list. The Beast is by no means the best for airtime and forces, but I loved the length and setting. It was the best night ride I have had on any coaster as of now. I had always done this using Ted's (Coasterfanatic) cheat guide but I decided to grow a pair and do it the Excel fast way this year. (Besides, Ted hasn't put his thing up yet ). It really wasn't that hard at all. I'm almost embarrassed I did it the other way the past few years.
