Slem
Saw The Knife last week in Copenhagen! Was an amazing show with an arobics 'warm-up' and everything. Been waiting to see them since 2006 so was pretty excited to finally do it!
Bob!
Last concert I attended was Breakbot + Kavinsky last summer in Dijon (eastern French city). I must say Breakbot did an awesome set with pretty visual effects. Â Next concert is The Postal Service tomorrow night in Paris !

Blind Idiot God
As of now, it's the NH stop of the Bloodletting North America 9 tour, with the lineup being Gorod, Inanimate Existence, and Kamikabe, with Abnormality as the local opener. Even without Vale of Pnath, it was still one hell of an impressive show. IA even flat-out stated that we were the best crowd that they had had for the entire tour. XII
Just got back from seeing Primus in concert. The show itself was fantastic, though the audience was horrible. Everyone in the theater should've read this before going to the show. bert425
Paul McCartney is playing the first of two sold out shows (the only in Texas), tonight.  we actually had tickets, but couldn't go (we have a very early morning flight tomorrow, and will be asleep by 6pm). Our neighbors got a nice gift for watching our house/feeding the dogs while we are gone tho  LOL. . so it's the last concert I WISH I could have attended ! TPDave
I went and saw Muse over the weekend in London, still the best live act out there in my opinion. Absolutely stunning show! The show was really well designed to get as many people as possible close to the band throughout the evening. They performed from three different places in the stadium and had some really cool set pieces and story lines running throughout! You know, just someone hanging about under a gigantic lightbulb. Robots and fire. Standard. We were quite close to Matt. It was a pretty good crowd!
yay101
Trans-Siberian Orchestra at the All State Arena last December. Three hours of great music and crazy pyrotechnics. It was great.
SuperShawn
Went to see Rancid last week. It was loud, moshing, cup throwing, crowd surfing entertainment. Â Last night we went to see my friends band My Gold Mask along with California Wives. My 9 friends and i were Really impressed with My GoldMask (my friends band). theyve got some 80s souixie feel to their sound. They are doing a rather lengthy tour right now and I'd suggest seeing them when they roll through your city.
Jakizle
Sick Puppies twice last week in Florida! One public acoustic show and one private plugged in show. It was amazing.
mightypotato
Saw Rush last night in Hamilton. They played a VERY long set that encompassed pretty much everything from their catalog. The concert was broken down into two halves. The first was mainly a lot of their older stuff, while the second was entirely from Clockwork Angels (with the exceptions of YYZ and Spirit of Radio at the end). For encores, they played Tom Sawyer and 2112. Â It was a great show and the crowd was SUPER into it. Then again, Hamilton is Neal Peart's hometown, so it was guaranteed to be loud. PKI Jizzman
Summerfest in Milwaukee! Â Saw Styx, Hot Sauce Committee, Empire of the Sun, Youngblood Hawke. Â Empire of the Sun put on a great elaborate, highly involved and set up show. Almost a copy of their show at the Sydney Opera House. Amazing. BEEEEERRRRRRRRRRRRR Youngblood Hawke! Milwaukee by the bay Empire of the Sun! Styx, Tommy Shaw!

I loved the first album and I thought Outrun was absolutely fantastic. Wow. I know I won't be able to see Kavinsky outside of France...when and if I get there I'll have to find where he's touring. mightypotato
Went to the Rockstar Mayhem Festival yesterday in Toronto. I was actually a bit surprised it was still going on because of the floods and general strain on the power grid, but nothing stops metal. Â There was a alot of music to be found yesterday and I greatly took advantage of it. I caught sets from Huntress, Battlecross, Job for a Cowboy, Machine Head, Children of Bodom, Amon Amarth, Mastodon, Five Finger Death Punch and Rob Zombie. So...yeah. It was a VERY long day. Â The highlights of the show were Amon Amarth and Rob Zombie. Amon Amarth are pretty much my favourite band, so I was guaranteed to love them. Though I haven't been a big fan of his recent albums, Rob Zombie still puts on one hell of a show. It was among the best sets I've ever seen, full of crazy props, stage effects and pyro. I also got the chance to meet both Amon Amarth and Battlecross while they were at their merch tents. I may or may not have gone into fanboy mode. Â Anyway, here are some pictures from a crazy long, but crazy good day. Â Huntress! Â Battlecross! Â Job for a Cowboy! Â Amon Amarth! Â Mastodon! Â Five Finger Death Punch! Â Rob Zombie! mike541x
Warped Tour at Merriweather. There were a lot of band but I got to see Tonight Alive, I See Stars, 3OH!3, Motion City Soundtrack, August Burns Red, and Bring Me The Horizon. Never was a BMTH fan, but they put on an awesome show. Motion City and I See Stars were the main reasons I went. Tonight Alive was a somewhat new band from Sydney, and apparently we were the biggest crowd they pulled on the tour so far, which I thought was pretty cool. Overall it was a great day. LJGoBlue
My last concert was Dillo Day at Northwestern University. Dillo Day is a Northwestern tradition dating back to the seventies and this year's Dillo Day was my first as the past school year was my freshman year at Northwestern. The "Dillo" refers to the armadillo, as Dillo Day is the annual celebration of the armadillo (I guess Dillo Day was started by some kids from Texas back in the day). This year's lineup included Walk The Moon, Danny Brown, Smash Mouth, Lunice (who unfortunately was rained out), and Wiz Khalifa. All in all it was an extremely fun day full of lots and lots of partying (on a much, much larger scale than normal for "Nerdwestern") and great music! It was a great warm up for Lollapalooza, which I'll be attending in a few weeks!
Cyber.Fiber
Björk. Tonight. Toronto. I have never seen anything like it...  This will sum it up: 2 MASSIVE tesla coils suspended in a cage no more than 10 feet above Björks head, fed by a midi controller that turns the electronic music into electrical currents which in turn produce REAL lightning bolts... all-in-all creating the basslines for her tracks.  I have seen a lot of shows, and this was HANDS down the craziest, most incredible performance I have ever seen. She sang dry, for just over 2 hours, and didn't miss a note.  http://instagram.com/p/b2bE3_QIpS/

Ape
Killswitch engage on their dissarm the dissent tour. I wasn't planning on going because six months earlier I had seen them at their absolute best on the ten years of alive or just breathing anniversary tour, but I won free tickets. Concert was good but not great. I don't like the word alive or miss may I. Darkest hour was awesome as usual. Kse were good but it wasn't amazing like the previous tour. I would have enjoyed it better if as I lay dying were on it like they were supposed to be before Tim tried to off his wife and ruin everything.
