AlmereStars
The park looks good. Have you tried custom supporting the mine coaster?? Would make it look a little better I think.
gci2011
I agree, but the lag would be awful. Maybe on a future park... Â Glad you like the park!
gci2011
June, 1977 11th Season  Hello again,  Just a few more pictures from around the park. I'll have a construction update next time, as we've just begun preparing for next year. I know its early, but it'll take some time.  Lakeside Dipper is the most popular woodie in the park now.  We should really do something about this dead end...  I've heard that Mad Mouse's station and queue are going to get an overhaul soon.  Sunburst is definitely a hit!  El Furioso has seen a significant decline in attendance; it has gotten rougher over the years.  Stay tuned for more updates!  -Robert Clarke PR Manager Boulder Leisure Park
gci2011
June, 1977 11th Season  Hello friends,  It is on a sad note that I must inform you that I will be leaving Boulder Leisure Park at the end of the season. I have been offered a high level position elsewhere in the amusement industry, and I could not turn it down. Unfortunately, this means that my time in Boulder is coming to an end.  I will surely miss the park - I've watched it grow from a small, family park to a large thrill park with cutting-edge technology. I have loved being a part of this park, but it is time for me to move on.  Without further ado, I have some pictures for you:  This is one of the nicest restaurants in the park - a steakhouse!  Lakeside Dipper's exit ramp sure is strange!  This restaurant is great for people who want food quick!  Speaking from experience, Boulder Tower has the slowest-moving line in the park.  Boston Tea Party will keep its patriotic moniker, so I am told.  The Breeze never gets much attention, but it sure is a fun ride!  Stay tuned for more updates,  -Robert Clarke PR Manager Boulder Leisure Park
ericm95
Does this mean the park is over? Or is it getting a new owner?
gci2011
^The park will end after this season. The park will "continue" in whatever world its in, but I will be stopping work and updates on it.
gci2011
July, 1977 11th Season  Hello again,  Just a few more pictures from the park today. Attendance is picking up now that we're well into the summer.  This guest looks really scared on Fright Night Estate!  I sure hope the park does something about this building - its not very exciting.  Sunburst is doing great as well!  The pool hasn't been very busy this season.  Looks like the park is already planning new additions!  Paratrooper is one of my favorite rides - it's right outside my office!  Have a great day!  -Robert Clarke PR Manager Boulder Leisure Park
gci2011
August, 1977 11th Season  Hello again,  Today I got to go to the top of Sunburst's weight drop tower. It was really high, but a lot of fun!  The only way to the top is to go up this ladder in the back.  These trees really break up the asphalt nicely.  Hurler never did reopen...  The train will be extended next year. They're putting in a new station across from Lakeside Dipper.  Bumpers is great for a quick thrill (and a nice break from my desk)!  Until next time, have a great day!  -Robert Clarke PR Manager Boulder Leisure Park

gci2011
^Thanks, I'll miss it too. But I'm excited for my next project! ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- September, 1977 11th Season  The Roller Coasters of Boulder Leisure Park  Hello,  I'm down to my last month here at the park, so I'm pretty busy packing up my stuff. I thought I'd take today to recap on all of the great coasters here at BLP:  Mad Mouse, 1967-present  El Furioso, 1969-present  RPM, 1971-present  Rocky Rumbler, 1973-present (as Mine Train 1967-1968)  Lakeside Dipper, 1974-present  Sunburst, 1977-present  I sure will miss these coasters...  -Robert Clarke PR Manager Boulder Leisure Park
gci2011
September, 1977 11th Season  Final Update  Hello Boulder,  It's my last day here at the park. Needless to say, I'm feeling a little sad. I just want to say that I've loved talking to all of you, and I will sorely miss Boulder Leisure Park and everyone else here.  I suppose this is a "farewell" update:  Boulder Leisure Park sure has come a long way.  The midways look a lot different than they did 11 years ago...  This area of the park has probably seen the most drastic changes.  My desk hasn't looked this tidy since I started!  We really do have some great coasters.  Who knows how this view will look 10 years from now?  Goodbye, Boulder Leisure Park...  Best of luck to all of you in the future.  Sincerely, Robert Clarke PR Manager Boulder Leisure Park

AlmereStars
I downloaded the park and I have most of your CS list.. except NYRShingle Roofs and Shy Expo3000 set. Â I have to say its a good park, lots of different kind of rides and I absolutely love what you have done with the bumper cars! I also like RPM, I dont use the spiral coaster cause I dont like it, but I do like this one. The main streest is obviously the best section of the park. Its also a good thing that you combined CS with a lot of non-cs Scenery, I suck at combining those 2 and stick with the Custom Scnerey most of the time. Â All in all a good park!
