robbalvey
I would say this is a fairly good plan so far!
jamesdillaman
^^ Love it. You've already put more thought into this than the planners have. That's the truly sad thing...
robbalvey
Kinda weird that nothing has been updated in 3 weeks. Don't they only have like 6 months before the wrecking ball comes? And one of them just slipped by. At this rate Prince Desmond might actually pull through! Jew
Remember...they have secret business deals happening behind the scenes that they are not at liberty to discuss because that's how business works. Or something like that.
ernierocker
The actual restoration project is becoming more of a joke than the Prince Desmond thing. Wait...it already was.
Skycoastin Steve
So when this fails, what are they going to do with the money that was donated?
jedimaster1227
^They'll use the money to start up a new business where they turn the wood from the coaster into these toy stick horses, that way everyone can "Ride the Big Dipper."

ernierocker
So when this fails, what are they going to do with the money that was donated? Oh, I am sure the money will have already been "resourced" for the cause.
robbalvey
So when this fails, what are they going to do with the money that was donated? Well, the *right* thing to do would be to give it all back. Luckily, one of our moderators donated some money so we can keep a close watch on what they do with it. To this date I don't think he ever received any information from them, not even a "thank you?" And I'm pretty sure his money makes up about 15% of the current donations. Jew
Well, at least now we know why there's nothing going on: Sorry I wasn't able to make it on Sunday. I had a really overwhelming week (my 5-year-old cat died on Tuesday, and I found out I'm failing calculus) and I had to take this weekend off to relax, recover and refocus myself. I feel so relieved and rejuvenated after this weekend and am ready to get back in to the groove of things!
jedimaster1227
^According to my calculations, the only major thing holding back this project from happening is a class at college. I'm so relieved to know that my calculus class won't be stopping my personal project to move Freestyle Music Park to Orlando. I've got my groove on! So wait a second here...you mean to tell me someone that is FAILING CALCULUS is project managing an engineering based effort? LMAO!!!! But really, I think the bigger question is - Why would you even post that about yourself? When so many eyes are on you right now looking for things to scrutinize the project, why would you make it so easy? SHEESH! I could have sworn she was a calculus master by the way she talked in that news video when she mentioned stuff about John Miller not having calculators to do his work. Robb's right..If she can't make a passing grade in calculus, she's totally screwed if she wants to run a business. Managing a good is much easier than managing a business.
