Hhappy
The plan for today was to visit the following parks: Plopsa Indoor Coevorden done Slagharen (which is only half an hour by car from Plopsa) and Hellendoorn and/or Walibi. Due to the rain this day (and me getting soaked) i went home after doing my run through Slagharen, so no updates (this time) about these last 2 parks. Maybe later this year. Anyway, back on topic.. Slagharen. Last time i was there was a very long time ago. I somehow remember the looping coaster as being my first coaster... Besides that the park has changed a lot between my memories and this visit. My photoshop skills are not amazing.. and due to the rain coming down almost the entire time.. most of the pictures will be a bit darker then what you're used to (from me) apologies for that, but the weather is something out of my control. Hope you still like the images etc from this park.. Yes i made it first bit of the park you get to see when crossing the bidge before entering.. don't remember this credit from my previous visit.. so i had to ride it front of the train station building and yes.. by this time it was raining pretty hard.. people were taking shelter at the food place... .. always look on the bright side of life.. whistle time.. logflume and more logflume after walking to the other side of the park.. it was dry enough to pull out the camera again.. there are plenty of things to do and ride in a pretty small area.. just in case you forgot where we are more coaster track theming statue slides.. always fun towards ths circus & show theater it's dry inside back to the roots.. yes.. this park started as a place where you could ride pony's and do some other things but wait.. there's more another swinging ship ride wet and cold... pirate ride entrance and the ride itself fun ride a bit of theming i assume this was their onride cam system Oltimer and flowers time to start walking back into the direction of the entrance loop and train flying carpet ride there used to be a ride behind that white thing (snowy hill) but i'm not sure what it was.. nor am i sure if it's still there.. waterslide in the rain.. why not.. i guess he was expecting to get soaked one last look at the looping coaster on this side let's walk down mainstreet food Edited May 1, 2010 by Hhappy
Hhappy
and part 2 orange.. the color of queensday and the dutch make your own dogtags machine... hmm imagine the options... just some random views and another food place this looks familiar... entrance and part of the line i think i've seen this one a week earlier in Belgium.. entrance to the que sign there is some wood missing in this image wheel eye in the sky old monorail in the backgroun entrance plaza area going up and yes.. another dining area not sure if this ride qualifies as Elissa friendly not today.. fear or joy? park map let's be a little nerdy another spin ride hold your horses dark ride time might be missing one letter.. and the ride vehicle (so looks like it ain't a walkthrough Larry) that globe and thos chairs have been around since the beginning Ripsaw falls station skloosh love the difference between front and second row did not look that bad.. entertainment (i assume) and that's it for today.. hope i did not waste your time.. themeparkologist
Great pics, Hanno! Who cares if they're a little darker? It's still theme park porn for us, especially with that mine train looping coaster! Hope you have a great time at Walibi World and the other one! OFFice357
Wow! There is quite a bit of stuff to do for that size of a park. That is a really cool looking chairswing!
1pizza14
Looks like you had fun. Quite a lot to do in a park like that. Did they operate all the rides in the rain? Great TR

the ghost
This park reminds me quite a bit of old school knotts, but I cant quite put my finger on why. It might be cause of the western themed section, or the seeming charl of the place, but it reminds me. Anyway, awesome pictures of a park I've never really heard of, and the schwarzkopv coaster looks awesome.

RoCo
"Oceans of Darkness" looks sweet! That little diving bell car is rockin'. How was that, scary or fun or some combination? Crazy Euro/Asian dark rides make me weak in the knees...
