jarmor
I really would love to see real working replica of "Captain Spaulding's Museum of Monsters and Madmen"! I dont know if any park that would do it but man, that ride with a revenge of the mummy style ending, topped off with the exit going thru the Firefly family house as a quick walk thru. Yamez
I would love to see a Speed Racer roller coaster (or maybe Test Track kind of ride). That would be the most epic thing EVER, especially if they could combine it from scenes from the movie. So much potential *drools*
NegativeGLover
Someone already said it kinda, but The Goonies. The next to last scene with the Pirate ship would make a perfect indoor waterpark attraction. You could have the ship be the water play structure, and slides coming from all the cave walls (like in the movie). Complete with a nice beach area and the other waterpark basics and BAM. I'm all for naming the drop slide "Sloth's Super Baby Ruth Chute" Â Or maybe a 4D movie (ala Spiderman) for the new Iron Man series? Â Personally, I think a nice slow ride would be great themed around "Copper Mountain" Yes, one of Jim Carrey's first and funniest films! If you've seen the movie, just imagine a ride like It's a Small World but themed to Copper Mountain. There could be scenes with Rompin' Ronnie Hawkins, and maybe a room themed to Alan Thicke in the ski tuning room. In fact, you could probably just make a dark ride where you show the whole movie (less than 60 min). If you haven't seen this movie - GO WATCH IT! Â It would be like being stuck in It's a Small World for 60 minutes, with all the speakers turned up to max volume. Better yet, The Iron Man 4D movie would be a better bet. AndCamSS
Back to the Future (makes up for the old one!) Â Intamin launched coaster. Ride trains have the front and back end of the Delorean on the train. The station area is themed to Hill Valley 1985. Launch between scenes from the different years shown in the movies (1985, 1955, 2015, and 1885) each "room" features a different layout. Launch obviously doesn't go to 88mph each time, but launches in tunnels with traveling lights, etc to make it seem faster. Ends with potential collision with an oncoming train, only to duck underneath it at the last second. Pretty vague description but there are tons of ideas that could be used. Â I wish there was a GOOD BTTF ride!!
frozenflames
I think a "Legends of the Hidden Temple" ride would be awesome! It could be a dark ride, and there could be multiple tracks, one for each of the show's teams: Red Jaguars, Blue Barracudas, Green Monkeys, Orange Iguanas, Purple Parrots, and Silver Snakes. Riders would have to cross the temple moat, go through various obstacles (maybe a different one for each team), and then journey through the temple itself, all while being attacked by the "Aztec guards." Â A "Phantom of the Opera" rollercoaster would be fun too. As you go along the course (probably a B&M or Intamin looper), you would see various scenes from the movie: the Phantom's lair, the chandelier crash, the graveyard, etc. Â Also, someone mentioned an Aladdin ride. I think maybe a simulator themed to Aladdin's escape from the Cave of Wonders could be really fun.
andre8
Alice in Wonderland: The Ride. (2010 version.) It could be themed to the battle between the White Queen and Red Queen.
Jay20016
I think that there could be a *lot* of potential for a Half-Life ride. Lots of interesting characters, settings, themes. Also a butt-load of action with a you vs alien vs military structure for tension. Â Think a dark-ride cross between Spider-Man and Test Track. Â Edit: Added the link to Wiki for those not in on the PC gaming scene....
the ghost
I think a "Legends of the Hidden Temple" ride would be awesome! AWESOME!!!! After kindergarten or preschool I'd watch this show every day. It was and is the best game show of alll time... Wow, I probably just made many people feel old and somehow made myself feel old, which is weird since I am pretty young. Â Also, I agree with the Captain Spalding idea. I was working on an RCT2 concept, but I didnt have any of the desired scenery. It would be cool to come up with some kind of ride system where a guy pulls you through, just like in the movie. It would also be cool to have the end walk through themed to the awesome gunfight at the firefly house in the Devils rejects, with the actors in the end all themed to characters. That movie is awesome!
12433
I'd like to see a zombieland ride! Â dome like spiderman zombie all around for terror aspect, its already has theme park rides for movements and theming, and people could shoot the zombie like the heros in the movie with vaious comments coming out for comic relief
DBJ
I agree with the James Bond rides. Easily one of the biggest IP's in the world that has yet to be adapted into a amazing theme park attraction. I could see a Test Track / Spider-man style fitting that quite well. Â Agree with the above about Alice in Wonderland. Disney should immediately begin discussing updating all the Alice In Wonderlands chain wide into "Tim Burton Presents...", great companion piece for Halloween season. The new Alice is now one of the top 10 grossing films of all time. Â And then there is Avatar. Universal or Disney should step in asap and secure this one. With it's eco-friendly message, perfect fit for EPCOT which at one point was looking to add additional thrill rides to the park. And it's not like Ellen's Energy Adventure is packing in the crowds. An indoor launch coaster, with filmed segments of course - maybe a next-gen version of Mummy's Revenge.
BeemerBoy
"The Jeffersons" and "All in the Family" Â Dueling.
The Big So-So
Alien vs. Predator would make a great theme for a dueling coaster. I'm not sure what type of coaster would be best. Pretty much anything big, steel and intense would work.
Mechanic
^ How about a dueling Vekoma with one side a sit down and the other side inverted? Oh wait, they already tried that, but the seats fall off.
Montuman99
Lord of the ringy dingy ding-a-ling dings. 3 dueling coasters for the 3 movies. What, I didn't write that
Mechanic
It's something they have set up on the forums to change what you write into something else. The same way that l0ckers turns into lockers, X D (with no space between the X and D) turns into XD, etc...

6flagsbrad
It's really annoying how many movies continue with sequels. But many are welcomed; can't wait for Pirates 4!
