RollerManic
I'm going to throw a fucking tantrum. I am super concerned after it was announced this morning that Colossus would open for 2017 either. And I was going to go back to SFGADv this year. I Like Theme Parks.
This Great Adventure Online group said they confirmed that El Toro is going to be open and that it's just a mistake. I hope so!
larrygator
^I hope so. But if the park confirmed this with an online fan group, they should have immediately corrected it on their website. Great Adventure Online is saying that the website has not been updated since HiTP, but El Toro is the only coaster that says closed for the season. For reference KK and K:DoD, Runaway Mine Train don't show closed for the season. Log Flume and Justice League show not open yet. The way it appears in Six Flags current website is just odd. AndrewRnR
T Express is listed as closed - not sure if it is closed because of the season (don't they close some rides during the winter there?) or because of something else.
Pear
It's confirmed to be a mistake on the park's end thankfully
B&MIntaminGCI
I'm still skeptical of it, but hopefully that group is right. I wouldn't be able to take Toro being down for a whole season.

michaellynn4
Part of me wants this to hold true just to watch enthusiasts lose their poo-poo... While no one should ever lose one's "poo-poo", El Toro being down the whole year is a much more valid reason than freaking out over a new ride's prospective name or getting pissy over Larson Loops getting called coasters. That said, I trust the moderator of that group; he's an excellent and reliable source for information. I'm sure it's just an error.
christianscoasters
I'm about to have a heart attack over here. Haha. First Colossus, then El Toro, then T-Express. I'm visiting Liseberg for the first time this year and I'd be devastated if Balder were closed too! Hopefully we find out soon what's really going on with El Toro and T-Express. ytterbiumanalyst
I've been watching the website, and not much has been done to it since the season ended. The Flash Pass screen still doesn't say whether Justice League is on it and says Joker is new for 2016, and still lists dummy prices for each tier. I think the website hasn't been a real priority to them over the offseason.
boldikus
Why do I feel like I remember something like this happening with their website last year (or maybe the year before)? With certain things listed as closed and then we showed up opening day and all was fine? Relax everyone, I'm sure The Bull will buck again this season. And I'll be there first thing opening day making sure its happening.

DirkFunk
Wait, this was a thing people were legitimately worried about? Well, since one of the other 4 of that type isn't running this year, it looked pretty terrifying to everyone that they might all be a mess. boldikus
Wait, this was a thing people were legitimately worried about? The idea of Toro being down for an entire season is legitimately something to get our panties in a bunch over but you just have to remember this is SFGAdv and its likely just some idiot in their website maintenance department just playing with our hearts and minds. Speaking of the website, I just got a new passholder email linking me to a page on the site that talks about the new food and retail around JLBFM. coasterbill
The idea of Toro being down for an entire season is legitimately something to get our panties in a bunch over Oh sure, but ever since they somehow deleted an entire kids area from their ride lineup and had a ton of coding errors and pages that didn't display or even exist on their HITP page and had placeholder text go live on the home page for weeks at a time I just sort of learned to ignore their awful website entirely. They really need to spend the money on a competent web team.

Highridin
I thought I'd get in on this. Check out the line on HITP. Proofreading is fundamental folks. What is it with them and the HITP typos,etc...lol

The cost for entry is free with the purchase of a season pass, and for every stroke under par you are, SFA will plant a tree with your name on a plaque at the base right next to a Snickers ad.
