Snooki has also improved her character and added some new dimensions to it. Brilliant performances tonight. Now MTV is turning loose the cast of Jersey Shore on their country. Â This could have been some of the most epic reality TV ever. As Elissa pointed out, they would NOT be popular there. They don't speak the language. They don't dress up to Italian standards. And they'd be way down on the looks scale in Italy as well. Unfortunately, Jersey Shore is now well known in Italy. I watched an episode in a hotel in Venice in December. Their fame will distort things and they'll get far more attention than they would have otherwise received. Apparently, the Florentines are calling the cast supercafoni, which I believe translates to something like "super assholes". It's just the same tired Ron/Sam drama that got old in Season 1 and faked scenes where the guys bring "DTF" chicks back. Who can even watch Sam without hitting the FFWD button?
