Paul_Hollibone Posted February 1, 2010 Share Posted February 1, 2010 After the sale of Cedar Fair to Apollo, Dick Kinzel starts chasing after the bigger guys in Animation, yes, he takes ownership of Pixar Animation. During his supremacy, Dick, Mr Kinzel re-releases Wall-e. Mr Kinzel however was never a fan of the Wall-e character's design (it looked way too trashy for Dick's liking) so as part of the re-released film, the team under Dick's instruction's gave Wall-e a facelift to very specific plans. Â As part of the films re-release, Mr Kinzel negotiated with the Walt Disney Theme Park Division to promote the film with Wall-e themed Trash Cans, complete with a 50c usage fee attached for the ability to use the special Trash Cans.
