p. 348 - Iron Gwazi POV!

Which is also a great time to be among some of the first to ride Falcons Fury...

Hey now!

I heard they're making Falcon Fury the up-charge extreme attraction for HOS this year instead of the Experiment. "Screw the water dummies, lets have guests pay us to test it."

Holy crap you nerds are a tough crowd.  It looks like a coaster that will make me hoot and holler the entire time I'm on it while simultaneously trying to throw my fat ass as far from the train as pos

I actually agree with many of you talking about how the RMC's are all very similar.  And that's fine. There's nothing wrong with building a ton of very similar kick ass rides when most people who ride

It means that you can look forward to a fun-filled day riding Kumba, Montu, Cheetah Hunt and Sheikra and while you're in line for one of those you might be able to watch an Iron Gwazi POV on your phon

I think Busch will hope off the Intamin train for a little bit since this endeavor that is Falcon's Fury.

I don't think the delayed opening of FF will affect Busch's relation to Intamin at all. Building this kind of a prototype they knew that something like this could happen, and there should also be specified in the contract how to handle the delay.

If the ride starts to have very much downtime and problems after going into operation then that could potentially affect their relation.

We'll probably see gwazi get torn down next year and that area not see anything for 3 years at least which is sad since I wanted to see a high-five hill on gwazi with rmc doing the track topper renovation. The other big thing Busch is missing is a track based dark ride( think dar kastle) which I have a cool name for and that would be "Witch Doctor" (Mark Rose take note my I ideas). I'll see if I can get night time pictures of pantopia on Monday.

I for one would love to see Busch turn African culture into a terrifying, mysterious thing to be feared and possibly shot at with laser guns.

I think Busch will hope off the Intamin train for a little bit since this endeavor that is Falcon's Fury. They just did a launch coaster so I can't see a launched B&M anything going there either. Maybe Busch will throw us for a loop an go for something completely new like a Mack or Morgan Mega-Lite. Lightening Run has gotten great reception as well as Alpine Blitz.

Of course I'll always hope for Intamin, but how about a Mack giga-coaster? It seems within Mack's range given their initial proposal in what became Helix, and their rumored(?) giga-coaster being built in China.

I was suggesting a Mega-Light because as discussed before, where would a hyper or giga coaster fit in the park? If they tore down Gwazi it's former location would be perfect for a Mega-Light.

or a launched standup B&M

Now that would be something new (and quite gimmicky). However, as I've said, I actually would like to see B&M building one now. (not that I think that's happening anytime soon)

Launched Flyer. That is what i want. I feel like they have soooo much potential but right now the pretzal loop is its best feature. (Then again if only been on Ultimate Flight). Look at Sky Scrapper! Put a launch on that and i think it would would be a perfect flyer.

You know they could go with a B&m megalite or a launched standup B&M

B&M mega lite, yes please! Launched B&M standup, no! My 4 least favorite B&Ms are all stand-ups. I'm not a fan of the genre. Busch seems to have a good relationship with B&M, so I still think a B&M hyper is their likliest scenario for a mega coaster.

As much I want to see a verbolten down here I think cheetah hunt fills that category I've got to work tonight but I will get to the park tomorrow for night shots of pantopia. Another big idea would be to move all the parking over to the other side with a parking garage and expand Egypt and the marekeesh with a new entrance as well.(Mark Rose are you listening?)

Very true. BGT has a solid coaster lineup, not sure they could put in there that would be unique

THIS! I also want the entrance area to get completely redone. I think a Parking Garage would suit the park really well. I think Egypt deserves an expansion with a new kind of ride. It really was Montu and...that's it

A better question is: Why the heck does a 335-acre amusement park need to invest a ton of money into a parking garage? If they want to do upgrades to the entrance and Egypt, I'm sure they can do it without taking out a ton of parking spaces.

Also, most of the parking is across the street...so taking out parking spaces would do nothing lol. Unless they want to build a bridge to expand outside their current boundaries which would make no sense.

Is there any sort of updated estimate of opening for Fury? This isn't going to turn into a Flying Turns, right?

Also, I'm struck by how much slack is given to the park/manufacturer here -- I get that it's a prototype, but holy smokes what would the discussion be like, right now, if this were Six Flags Tampa?
