Pretty awesome. My girlfriend has a passport, but I don't, so I guess she'll get the benefits. But nothing for a sneak preview? Hmmmm, I wonder if they don't want to do that yet.

^I don't believe they've ever announced a preview that would take place before the grand opening for passholders. Traditionally, Busch Gardens does something similar to this with a period of ERT each weekend for pass holders after the opening itself. They did it for Sheikra when it opened, and again when Sheikra went floorless a few years later.

Snyders Pretzel Roller Coaster

This is my winning entry to the Snyders-Busch Gardens Pretzel Build-Off contest for Cheetah Hunt. I am one of 6 finalists traveling to Busch Gardens Africa on Saturday June 4th. They are giving us ERT on the Cheetah Hunt at 7:00am! If you are in the park, check us out building pretzel roller coasters!

The text on the bottom just said along the lines off. "Gift is first come, first serve, limited supplies". And, "Platinum, 2year, and 1 year passports only, no funcard". And, Must show up at nirobi gate with passport and ID.

I wouldn't be surprised if the gift is just a free on-ride photo.

 

I'm going to try to get the 27th off work so I can go to the grand opening. If not then I'll be there the 28th for sure.

 

The Cheetah Hunt shirt I got a couple weeks ago isn't gaudy "Ed Hardy" looking at all. It looks like this:

 

I was at the park yesterday and OMG it's looking so good! The walls along the Crown Colony side are down so you can really get the scope of everything. Saw them testing again later in the day too. The trains just look so awesome. I'll upload some pics later. I'd do it now, but my boyfriend is on his way to pick me up.

Disney gave Busch Gardens a boatload of free advertisement when they released African Cats, I wonder if they realize...

One thing is for sure, I know I wanted to ride Cheetah Hunt even more after watching that cheetah power up to full speed.
