KingRCT3
By the way, if the park switched from Intamin to Mack, it was because of the maintenance costs as mentioned earlier, but also because the Mack trains allow larger people.
rcjp
^How "spacious" are intamin megalite seats? I got the feeling that Millennium Force and TTD's seats wouldn't accommodate particularly large people as they felt quite small.

As I understood it the trains was the major factor in deciding, but yes, maintenance is easier on the Mack ride.

_koppen
That is awesome! Both trains should have been like that IMO.
Loefet
I'm surprised this haven't been posted yet!! Â The pic below and also this off-ride video found at: https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?v=758375917521056 Â The train really flies through the circuit, seems to be as fast as a Mega-lite, meaning Testing have begun!! KingRCT3
I'm so excited! Â And I forgot to mention, but the main difference between an Intamin and a Mack train, beside the space, is that on the Mack one your feet doesn't touch the floor at all! KingRCT3
^ You won't be disappointed. Can't tell much at the moment, but I'm preparing something unprecedented. I go there on April 4.
A.J.
So, you're going to go to the park and take a camera with you? Hardly unprecedented.
KingRCT3
You'll see. Of course POVs are common these days, but there's still new ideas to test out... Â Edit : WOW! Â https://twitter.com/nigloland/status/444482577458401281

gerstlaueringvar
Why do I think the blue train matches the track color better than the red train  Looks awesome, hope it is comparable with the Intamin model.

DJeXeL
Nice. Looks like a little airtime machine. Mack has created a competitor for the Megalite.
GigaG
I seriously hope this is on par with the Mega-Lite, because maybe some small parks will get this. Â I've never been on a Mega-Lite, but let me tell you my biggest pet peeve about them. The first hill under the lift is twisted, therefore missing a great ejector airtime opportunity. The Mack version makes this worse, unfortunately, twisting before the summit of the hill. If I were to modify the design in one way, it would be to make the first hill an airtime hill, not a twisted hill. Although, I'm not sure if that would be too intense. rcjp
^I think I would just get a normal twisted one, like the mega lites. Anyway, looks like it will provide some serious air, especially on those last hills.
_koppen
I like the look of that! It just looks like it misses that "tiny tiny spot" of aggressiveness that the Intamin version have. Can't wait to see a summer heat POV of this thing. Â Â I've never been on a Mega-Lite, but let me tell you my biggest pet peeve about them. rcjp
^Yeah it doesn't look just quite the same thing but still impressive, and maybe it will speed up a bit as the trains get a few more miles and as the weather gets warmer,
