Those new Vekoma trains are still awful. Morey's SLC is one of the worst I've been on.

I respectfully disagree. Nor'Easter isn't great but at least with the new trains I think that it went from unbearable to tolerable.

^^They still have the top-most section to go on this one. But yep. Also, two of the park's tallest slides (including America's tallest body slide) should occupy this view sometime as well!

That family slide looks really cool. Hopefully it will get a conveyor belt, to save the back of the guests.

According to this press release from chance, the coaster is scheduled to open in May. It doesn't say on opening day, but apparently that is the time the park is aiming at to open the coaster.

I can't wait to ride this once it's erected! I'd ride it all day and night without a break. Heck, I'd do a marathon on this erection! I'm going to bounce up and down on that erection and I'll feel like I'm jumping up! I love erected things!

Meanwhile, back at the Kentucky Kingdom thread, I'm looking forward to visiting this park during the New Hotness Trip. Never been there.

When the park was still owned by Six Flags, it was certainly not the best in the chain. None of the rides were spectacular (one of the weakest lineups coaster-wise in the chain) and customer service was average at best. Luckily, the park has a bright future with the new improvements coming this year and the years to come!

I would have visited SFKK over SFA, even then.

After looking at the new pictures of the new waterslides, it appears that these new slides are placed much closer to the T2 coaster. Last time when I was at the park, the biggest thing I notice about the T2 was that it looked like that coaster was isolated from the other rides, like it was "shunned". Now that the new slides are being build, T2 doesn't look lonely anymore.
