Jojo19799
^My back has been bothering me for a few days now. Maybe I should go take a ride on IW. That would either make it better, or worse.

Jojo19799
I'm willing to take a trip up there. Canada has no problem letting me in, it's the good ol' U.S.A that will give me problems coming back.

monsterfan99
i went tonight and saw some changes in the park. - The sign is Grand Ave is being updated. One side is down and the other has the updates. There is now a Six Flags logo on one half and a Hurricane Harrbor one on the other half. - The parking lot signs are being changed to M&M's from Looney Tunes. The first 2 rows by the entrance. - Space Shuttle America now has a giant Miracle Whip banner on it. - The Video screen attached to the train tracks is working with no problems. They have had problems with the screen going out, but works fine now. - Even more ads have been added around the park.
traincrossin
- Even more ads have been added around the park. Bummer. Quick question, is the special seat on Viper the third row from the front or the third row from the back?
GriffyTiffy
^ From the front. It is the one of the best rows on any coaster at the park.
Jerrykoala2112
Although it seems to be going slower through the turns then it was when I rode it opening day. But front seat is best on airtime then the back seat. The front cart gets pushed up the hills and somehow doubles the airtime then you would get in the back seat. Surprisingly.... monsterfan99
Viper is hit or miss. Some days it runs amazing, some days not so much. Some times the back is the way to go, other times any row is fine.
monsterfan99
Oh, forgot one other update. They have designated Car 5 on all the Demon trains for Flash Pass. The que for the rows (row 9 and 10 overall) were closed off for this reason. If there is no one in the Flash Pass row, the op in the back tries to find people for the two rows. porisfreak
Hey, I have a question about visiting the park on a Sunday. I know that it's going to be more crowded than on a weekday, (which is the only time I have gone so far) but is it so ridiculously saturated with people that it's not even worth the trip without a flash pass?
Jojo19799
It will be busy, so be prepared to wait. However if you have a limited amount of time at the park, I suggest getting the flash pass. It's well worth it, and you'll enjoy your day a lot more.
traincrossin
So I went to the park yesterday and I had a BLAST!!! I got there at opening and within the first 40 minutes I got the first dispatch back row on Raging Bull, Giant Drop 3 times in a row, and 2 in a row backseat on Viper. Then I met up with a bunch of my younger cousins. Only a couple of them could actually go on the bigger rides so we spent a bunch of time on flats and other small rides (frog hopper anyone?). It was the first time that I went on The Orbit and it was pretty fun. Fiddlers Fling of all rides ruined my new phone. The lines weren't horrible. Usually they were 30 minutes or less. It rained a bit so that got rid of the crowds. I think the best part of the day was just seeing the expressions on all of my cousins faces. Almost everyone had some kind of first that day. We had about 45 minutes until the park closed so while part of our group went to grabsome rides on Demon and Whizzer the other part ran to Raging Bull to get a couple back rides in. And what do you know we found Griffin there with his friends. Glad to see you again buddy! Overall it was an amazing day. Couple random notes, there is a giant TV screen on the way towards Whizzer on the train bridge and they have painted "Six Flags" on Sky Trek Tower and Giant Drop. 300 posts! Six Flags TV Ads. It looks better in person.

Airtime&Gravity
I was at the park today, and here are the photos. Due to the massive crowds, I only got one ride on American Eagle and Sky Treck Tower. SeanS
TPR newbie here! I went to SFGAm for only the second time in the last 7 or 8 years a few weeks ago. Had a great time, but found the signs proclaiming it to be the "cleanest theme park in the world" rather laughable. I can hardly blame that on the employees, though; it's hard to keep things spotless when the people in the park think nothing of tossing trash into waterways and spitting gum everywhere -- like on the canopy under the Superman lift hill. Yuck. I have to wonder if different sections of the park have totally different management teams; on my last trip, it seemed like Southwest Territory and County Fair, for instance, have really enthusiastic ride ops, but the rest of the park doesn't. Southwest Territory is easily my favorite part of the park; it's the one part that actually feels like a theme park. I want to go back on the 31st because one of the bands playing that night, The Veronicas, is incredible. I saw them at Metro two Saturdays ago and they absolutely blew me away. And I know from the band's Twitter updates that they love roller coasters, too, so maybe they'll be out and about in the park before the show. Sweet. monsterfan99
^ I hear you on the cleanest park part. The employees do there best there and amazing job. Just can't help people are 2 feet from trash cans and refuse to make that effort. Oh, on the concert, get there at opening for a wrist band. For the concert last week, Jesse McCartney, the wrist bands were apparently sold out by time I was there at 4. Not that I wanted one (or even knew there was a concert that day) but just a heads up as there are something like 4 bands that day.
Guest
Yeah, that's it. I think the wait might be just a little bit longer Viper with a full line is like 30 minutes at most (unless there isnt a grouper add 15 minutes).
