rubysparkles
Tourbillon isn't at the Great European Carnival in Central. It's at the Tung Wah Charity Carnival, on the site of the old airport runway. I didn't even know there was more than one carnival in Hong Kong now. Both are running for a few months. shivtim
There's a sit-down version at Wonderworks in Pigeon Forge TN.
Midgetman82
Bringing this back because I still love how otherworldly the Tourbillion looks at day and night, and I love the angles found in the video! If I can still handle most flat rides at this age, I'd be willing to give this one a try. But please, not the usual "European style" of cycle times. i.e. 5 min+ Based off of another video I stumbled upon, it seems the ride has a cycle of 1 minute and 30 seconds. rubysparkles
I forgot to post this before but I took a video off-ride of the complete cycle at night. It's an absolutely fantastic ride, I got 4 rides on it. I'm fine with spinning rides usually, but this made me a little dizzy. It's fairly extreme but not as bad as it looks. It's mainly just very fun. Possibly the best flat ride I've ever been on, definitely in my top 3.
fraroc
It probably won't be likely, but I'd love to see a Tourbillon or a ride similar to that come to the U.S
Nrthwnd
Based off of another video I stumbled upon, it seems the ride has a cycle of 1 minute and 30 seconds. I can live (or almost die) with that.
gerstlaueringvar
Too bad the carnival is gone during the summer. Otherwise I will be riding it!
