The Big Hand
This tiny new park opened on Wednesday, 13 May 2009, and I had to be there! Well, actually part of the park was relocated from the city centre of Middelburg, Zeeland, The Netherlands to somewhere outside the city and a few rides were added. Let me show you the photos! But be warned: these photos are nowhere near Hanno quality... And YAY! The Credit! They probably got the Zamperla volume discount. They should have done, anyway. The Bouncy Cars were obviously not designed with me in mind... A spinning ship! NOOO!!! Crazy me! I have to get off the track or I'll get run over! But maybe I can hide behind that huge screw! HAIRTIME!!! Somehow I feel I'm doing it wrong... Inside the building was a scary kiddie slide... NOOO!!! Crazy people! Get off the track! You'll get run over! Popular Dutch band Blof was there, performing a geographically appropriate song! Some were still being put in place. Some were quite tall. (according to some conversion tool my height of 1m91 equals about six ft three) Some models had action buttons. This is Mini Mundi's mascot. He is called Giant Dan and he's being bolted to his spot, because apparently the night before he was caught squeezing the Zamperla balloons behind him... This is the view from the entrance area. This picture shows about a quarter of the total area of the park. But we found it in the end! Looks quite new, doesn't it? Of course the traffic getting there was murder...
