SUNDAY Feb 19, 2012 West Coast Bash 2012 : Day 2 Knotts Berry Farm It was early morning as we prepared for West Coast Bash : Day 2 at Knotts Berry Farm. Still groggy from a short night of rest, Lady Bebe had the keen sense to hear a strange sound coming from deep within the kitchen. Tick... Tick... Tick... Tick... Tick... Is it a BOMB???!!!! DING! Nope. It's just Mr. Bebe making a Pop Tart. Yeah, it was a REALLY short night of rest. We gathered our belongings and made the 45min drive south to Knott's Berry Farm (aka Knott's Theme Park). Free parking was until 7am. Backstage tours started at 7am. ERT started at 8:30am. We arrived right at 7am to find quite a long line of Bashers waiting to sign up for Backstage Tours. After only moments, they announced that all tours EXCEPT the Roundhouse were full. Of course, Roundhouse was the only one we had previously taken part in, and the only available times were DURING ERT. We decided to pass. With nothing much to do for the next hour, we just stood in the courtyard and watched the Rapids Transit. SuperShawn had a Montezooma's Tour scheduled and when they called for it, The Bebes just sorta slinked along with them. Yeah, we're massive rule breakers, but we stayed pretty far back and let the legit participants get up close and personal. It was just about 8:30am now, and we could see Excellerator cresting from across the park. ERT!!!! Hi David & Spears.... BYE David & Spears!!!! Gratuitous lezbo moment SuperShawn & David Love Rides together El parque abrió y dirigimos hacia uno de nuestros paseos planos más predilectos, La Revolucion, en la Aldea de Fiesta Before we knew it, it was time for the Group photo at Wagon Camp. Mr. Bebe's backside was seriously molested by Matt Harcey's front side during the taking of this photo. At least he wore a hood. The surface of the stage was BOUNCY! It was all a trap! Some cowboys held up Mr. Bebe and stole all of his money. Werewolves beware: Silver Bullet MonteZOOMa's Revenge makes me crap my pants everytime Lady Bebe gives KBF's newest ride, Windseeker, a big thumbs up. Windseeker --- Ironically shuts down as soon as it FINDS wind. The TPR Quest contestants compete for prizes during lunch Robb told the contestants to FIND and bring to the stage: a SPEAR. SuperShawn quickly grabbed Brittney and ran her to the stage. Lady Bebe strips off her bra for SuperShawn Shirley, that must be the Grand Prize Cliff wows the crowd with an enthusiastic rendition of Queen's Bohemian Rhapsody After lunch, we headed to an entertaining Q&A and 2012 Haunt presentation Night was soon upon us and ERT was approaching Two trips to Ghostrider (one just after the park opening & one right at closing) and the photo both was closed both times. No FREE on-ride photo. ERT HiJinx in the special VIP Xcellerator line The Bebes had an awesomely Manly day at WCB 2012 : KBF. I haven't had much time to check out long running TRs lately - so I am way behind with everyone's reports...KBF is what made me come here since I am checking out everything in all the SoCal parks for my son. He is a bigger wuss than I was not so long ago - so this trip will hopefully bring out the coaster lover in him! Your animations showed him it is way cooler than just looking at a plain picture!
