VivaLaVibora
Nice Photos!I was there on Saturday too. One ridiculous thing I experienced is the single rider line. You truly have to be single to use the line and if you know the people around you, you can't use it! My friends and I were more than willing to split up to save 1+ hours and we couldn't. It really pissed me off considering that more than half of the photos I have seen of this coaster have all had at least one empty seat. The line seemed to move pretty quick though... Well, I think it's okay when it's 1-2 people....but any more than that I'd say you're abusing the line. I mean, it's single riders for a reason....two people is fine in my opinion. But when you have like, 3+ people you're just trying to cut the lines. The single rider's line point is to fill empty seats. With a group, you are supposed to be split up (You can't ride together, and that should be the only requirement for it.) If I go with 5 people who know each other, and they are willing to not be on the same train as me, or sit next to me, what does it matter if you are with people (as long as you aren't with them on that ride. --you are separated)? That is correct! The purpose of the single rider line is to fill empty seats. Whether you have one or ten people who know each other they are are not holding up the main line. Problem occurs when people on the single rider line insist on sitting together. These people should be tasered.
linearinduction
Thanks for the comments! And I did turn around to check out the watersplash on my first ride in the back right seat....I got wet. It was like a grenade went off in the water right behind me! Arm got wet, and my face a bit. But it was awesome. More pics to come! I'd be happy to meet up with anyone from TPR! -JZ There may be a few people from Utah heading your way this Summer...you have been warned! GREAT Photos, keep them coming! - Sid

expeditioneverestfan
The seating arrangment is odd. Don't most B&M Hypers have four seats across, not two? Is it for a better view?
larrygator
Behemoth was the first with this seating style. Yes, view is the reason.
PKI Jizzman
Behemoth was the first with this seating style. Yes, view is the reason. When they said "Every seat is an unobstructed view" I didn't believe it. After riding...they're so right! Every seat gives great views and offers complete comfort. And I could be completely wrong about this (not so good with the physics), but I think the longer train really enhances the airtime. On Behemoth, the front row just THROWS you unlike any row on any other coaster I've ever been on. I'm curious to see how Diamondback compares. dammie16@vt.edu
Do they have 16 lines for individual sets of 2 seats or is it still 8 lines for 4 seats and you just climb across like normal? Chris
ginzo
^You queue for 16 different rows, which is good. Less chaos.

That's pretty much the best description for the front seat of Diamondback.
rawrtotheargh
Those are the CUTEST trains I have ever seen! I love the front car with the fangs. I just want to climb on it and give it a huge hug! And its a beautiful coaster too. Hopefully I will get too get out soon and ride it.
FeelTheFORCE
Awesome pics! Can't wait to get out and ride this thing! Regarding the eyes "glowing," I think it would be cool if they made them glow at night. Not happening, though.

I agree - our group is more than willing to split up to save the time. Our rule of thumb is just "meet up at the exit". I mean, how much do you really talk to the person next to you while your riding anyway? Other than buying the picture, what's the difference who you are beside (especially in individual seats, not like your even bumping into the other person!) TheHulk
I'm not sure if anyone saw this, but the official POV vid for Diamond Back is up on youtube. The one in the link is edited by someone, but I like how it shows the riders towards the middle of the video. Lol. Just wish it would be the sounds of the coaster instead of music. If I ever get back up to Ohio, this would definatly be on my list.
Kalepi_Konei
This ride looks so fun, I would totally freak out at the lack of restraint holding you in and how free you are. That ride has got to be awesome!

PKI Jizzman
Here's some more photos. Please comment! This is the B&M dude I got to say hey to. The creator and the creation. Through the floral display! I tried being creative. Beacause it's so smooth..Diamondback pleases everyone! Match the expressions. I see row 2 and row 9. I don't think I ever held on. Hands up is the way to go! It's a Big Mike look alike. HEY! It's Big M.....wait, nevermind. SIGH. Brown train rules! Awesome. The brakes are smooth and powerful. Voyager
I think I know what's up with the "HEY! YOU! HANDCHECK!" guy. If your hands are up and your shirt isn't tucked in you'll soon find it around your upper chest! I had to pull my shirt down several times before the on-ride photo! coasterfan21
^ Ya I wound not doubt it, but it still makes for one funny picture. Also great pics PKI ManJZ, this ride looks amazing, and from the pov looks like it has some nice pops of airtime throughout the ride. I cant wait to ride it.
