The BattleField 2 thread!!!

In this thread you may talk freely about BattleField 2 OR please tell me and your fellow TPR members what you favorite kit (or person) and team (USMC, United States Marine Core, MEC, Middle Eastern Coalition, or Chinese) is on BattleField 2. Kits include the following: Special Forces, Sniper, Assault, Engineer, Medic, Anti-tank.

 

I guess I'll start. My favorite kit is Assault on the MEC team because the rifle deals a lot of damage, is fairly accurate, and fully automatic. Also, the rifle accommodates a grenade launcher which is very good against jeeps but is only moderately good against tanks and APC's. Even further, the kit comes with a smoke grenade which allow easy get-aways from hostile men and vehicles. The kit also comes with the standard combat knife and pistol.

 

Above are my reasons for liking the Assault kit on the MEC team. Please tell me your favorite kit (kits are listed above) and team (also listed above). If you respond, I truly thank you for your feedback.

Man I used to play this game so much. Unfortunately, once I got Vista, it wouldn't run. I don't remember what kit I used but I remember it being a great game.

I always used the USMC Assualt and the Chinese Engineer second. Battlefield is a great game, too bad it doesn't work too well with Vista.

I dont have vista (windows XP). I guess i'll stick with it since it seems to not run well with vista or ill wait for new versions with patches before switching to Vista

Man, I loved this game, I just don't have the umph on my new laptop to run it anymore. It was so much fun, but I like Call of Duty sereis alot more.

i still play 1942 online and love it.

DC is an awesome add-on for that game.

 

in BF1942 i primarily am a Sniper.

Yeah, I play '42. I bought it with BF: 1942, Road to Rome, Secret Weapons of WWII and Vietnam

I played 1942 online for a while until i found battlefield 2 again.

(i couldn't install battlefield 2 because i lost the manual for a long time which had the cd key on it.)

 

^^I bought my battlefield 1942 in the box-set too, paintballer!
