robbalvey
PREPARING FOR SURGERY Orlando, Fla. – SeaWorld veterinarian Dr. Lara Croft evaluates a Kemp’s Ridley turtle – one of 11 endangered sea turtles the has recently filled the park’s rehabilitation center to capacity. An unexplained mass stranding along Florida’s northeast coast is thought to be the cause of unusually high rescue numbers. SeaWorld is working with the University of Florida and the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Conservation Commission to hopefully discover the cause of the stranding. Photo by SeaWorld I always wondered what Lara Croft would do after Tomb Raider. Glad to see she's saving turtles!
Electerik
^ I'm just glad to see that she reapplied herself after getting the shaft in that whole Paramount/Cedar Fair deal. Nice story. Turtles rock.

DiSab
Turtles are one of the coolest reptiles, right after snakes. After studying them in my vertebrate zoology class this semester, I've got a new respect and interest in them. They really are amazing animals. okinawaboy11
Sea Turtles are pretty cool. Yay. Does this have to do with the swimming turtles in the bottom left hand corner of this page?

monkeyoverlord71
This is good. Not the injured turtles but what Sea World is doing for them. Also I love the animated turtles and want to set up a massive touch screen with the animated turtles on it.
netdvn
It’s great that Sea World is helping out the injured sea turtles. I hope they recover quickly! And thank you Robb, for bringing the turtles back! I was beginning to miss them after they were removed a while ago.
Team Thriller
Can I have a download for the turtle thing for my ipod/phone? I named one of them Lala and the other one Joejoe. I wish we could personalize them and make them wear funny clothes.... --James

Mr. Volcano
I hope that the swimming sea turtles on the bottom corner of the page not showing up now didn't mean a bad result in surgery. I actually had a sea turtle encounter at Vero beach last week... it was pretty cool really. Hope everything went well! -Justin
