Obviously we weren't UBER impressed with all the nice stuff inside the restaurant, it was all about the views out the windows...like this one on the walk back to the elevator/foyer.

Club 33 hasn't changed much since when I worked there. Menu even still looks very much the same. I've always thought that it was a lot like "Cruise Ship Dining" in terms of service and quality. Other than the "exclusivity" and the fact that you'll make tons of other Disneyland fanboys jealous as hell by actually getting to eat there, I've never found it to be really anything special.

But then again I saw it from the "other side" and knowing that most of the food prep is done in the same place that the Royal Street Veranda Clam Chowder & Fritters are made my opinion is probably very tarnished.

Although it would seem odd that I didn't come up with the AMAZING Black Pepper Popcorn Burrito I must give credit to Erik!

I bow down to you man with your amazing food creation ideas. You should totally be on the Food Network instead of that obnoxious Guy guy!

And yeah, I was sooooo happy when Pirates was over too. I think it's just that I've been on it SO MUCH (and spending about 5 years working in New Orleans Square doesn't help) that it really is one of my least favorite Disney staple attractions.

Great TR! Some amazing pics!

I totally agree Robb!

And I think I must be color blind.. that monorail looks red to me..

Oh, and great pictures!

Monorail Orange looks very much like Monorail Red! LOL...That might even be a pic of Red...but Orange was out on the track! (I'm pretty sure that is ACTUALLY Orange, though.)

Thanks for reading/viewing!

You're right! Sorry Erik! I couldn't remember who came up with it so I just assumed it was Robb!

Today rocked so hard. Definitely one of the best Disney Days I've ever had at the Resort, minus the whole embroidery incident, and the shirt ripping lol. But I now have $120 Mickey ears with my name on them hahahaha!

I'm so tired...

My Dad had lunch at Club 33 back in the 1970s. He was president of the California Apricot Advisory Board, which was looking into sponsoring a store on Main Street (turned out to be a bit too rich for CAAB).

Back then, DL execs had their offices in the same building as the Primeval World. Dad said it was pretty bizarre to hear the occasional T-Rex roar as they listened to Disney's sales pitch.

I remember visiting the old Disney Gallery with a disabled friend. The handicapped entrance was some tiny service elevator, and you had to walk through a kitchen to get to the gallery (maybe it's the same kitchen Robb mentioned).

I'm so jealous: I haven't had the pleasure of having dinner with Hector yet! I guess the Club 33 might be cool? maybe? But hanging with Hector would be uber-cool.

So let us know who or what was done to get the privilege of eating at the infamouse Club 33.

This was actually one of the best days that I have ever had at the park, its was so much fun! I really want to go back to 33 just cause I want to try the dinner menue...But I need to save up for that, seeing as I spent $130 on lunch!

I always thought lunch at 33 was part of the membership that people payed? Thats not right is it?

Great trip report guys..

You pay the membership...to have the privlidge...to go in the door...and then pay again for lunch or dinner...and pay for souvineers...lol.

Um, I called him, and said: "Hey hector, what are you doing on Wednesday?" He was free, so I invited him, haha. (He's really easy )

Great Trip report. I was actually at the Park yesterday, and ran into Robb + Erik.

So how did you guys get 'access' to Club 33? Do one of you know someone who is a member, and they got you in?

We know someone, who's Dad's Girlfriends best friend has the membership. And the reservation was made!

Thanks to everyone that we met up with yesterday!

And that is monorail Orange, you can tell cause there are no guests in it. Red was running all day with guests.
