XII Posted March 7, 2008 Share Posted March 7, 2008 No because if they had a problem with Robb using those songs, then they'd have a problem with millions of people around the world who make custom videos using their songs. Plus, the rights to a song cost about as much as a TPR Trip, so if Robb had to buy the rights to the songs, he wouldn't be able to afford to go on the trips and there would be no segments at all. MattyD Posted April 4, 2008 Share Posted April 4, 2008 I'm sure you can get the equivalent of a PRS License for using music in films etc that are made to be sold, I read up on it for Media A Level, but if you have the permission from the artist then you can use it for free and not worry. Also, as someone stated earlier, I believe there is some sort of fair use clause that means because of the way the dvds are made and marketed and because of how Robb uses the music there is no legal issue! Â If you know the details of all this Robb that would be great if you could clear this up for everyone to stop any arguements!?
