Twister II
This is a real original poster that I got from a family friend. Its from Elitch Gardens (not Six Flags Elitch Gardens, just Elitch Gardens). Ive traced the Gala opening back to the 1890's so this poster is just about 115years old! Notice on the bottom it says Denver Dry Goods, that place closed in the late 1950's. This sign was actually painted by hand, instead of on a printer like used now. Here is a quote from another historical sight: In 1891 John Elitch died of pneumonia which left mary to care for the gardens by herself. Before he died John Elitch began construction on a theatre for live entertainment in his gardens. I dont know what this mean
coasterdude5
That's awesome, you could get big bucks off of that, but it'd be good to keep in your family, too.
