Buy land (RCT3)

I have made a park and need a bit more land but don't know how to buy land out side the square. I am running sandbox mode. Could anyone help me.

I don't think you can in Sandbox mode? good job though filling that up. tip: next time build your parks in Create Scenario mode

You have to go into the Tools menu and Scenario Editor.

 

From there, I make a 254x254 blank park, and save it. Then I can use it all the time, for any sized park I want.

Here's what I do:

 

Step one: Open up 'Sandbox' mode and save the empty park file.

Step two: Go back to the main menu and go to tools - Scenario Editor

Step three: Once the scenario editor has loaded open up the empty snadbox file.

Step four: Open uo the land options menu and set the land to your specifications.

It can take a while to do this (depending on how fast your RCT3 loads) But when you open the park in Sandbox mode after editing the land you are still able to adjust the time etc. Whereas if you just went straight into Scenario editor you cannot.

That's just the way I do it.

 

Tip: Once you have adjusted your land save the Park file under a different name. That way when it comes to doing another park you don't have to repeat ALL the steps.
