Six Flags Fiesta Texas (SFFT) Discussion Thread

Recommended Posts

I know this would "never" happen but could we all imagine Fiesta moving Goliath to the Rockville area calling it Batman: The Ride, then putting the new attraction at the front of the park and calling it Goliath.

I'll try again, maybe someone will answer this time. lol
Forums usually like to ignore people who are new and don't have many post, from my experience.

It has NOTHING to do with anyone being new or their number of posts, but more than we are all in the middle of talking about a new potential ride.

That's really not the case on TPR. . .tho if it's a silly question, I'd expect it would get ignored.

More likely than not, it just got buried in the talk about he new ride (the posting has been fast and furious the past few days).

edit:. . heh. . I said almost the same thing Robb did

Thanks guys for the help. I was hoping it wasn't going to be to bad and for the direction that will help as well.

you can never tell tho. It's weekend only by that point, and the waterpark is closed for the season.

Personally, we always go for Goliath first too, since many folks miss (despite numerous signs) that the entrance is just to the left of the park gate! They go deep into the park to try and find the queue. . .it's to the immediate left once you go in.

Well the name gives away the themeing to the new ride so it's pretty important.

Ehhh what? Not sure if this was sarcasm. If not, I'll use Medusa at Great Adventure as my example on why this isn't always the case.

"Medusa Mining Company" was plastered onto an abandoned mine shaft themed station.

Greek mythology and old west... shoehorned in just to fit the "theme" of the area. Names don't always make sense with the theme at SF.

The wait is killing me. Like, literally killing me.

I don't think you know what "literally" means. Literally.

Actually, Webster's Dictionary changed that within the past year or so... "literally" literally no longer means

literally"..

That is sad... It seems improper use of words are turning into an art of changing the English language.
