dylan9
I might go to Six Flags New England in the summer for my first time and I was wondering how crazy the lines are in the summer. Are the lines crazy?
alwaysairtime14
Thinking of doing a trip to SFNE along with a few other parks (SFGAdv, Lake Compounce, Canobie Lake Park, and Great Escape. Possibly Rye Playland too) this summer. Going to get a Six Flags America pass again so I can get into SFNE, SFGAdv, and Great Escape for free. Should one full day be enough to get oodles of rides on Bizarro and the rest of the coasters, plus do the waterpark? Or should I plan to spend a day and a half if I want to do both? You can do the whole park and waterpark in a day, barely. Definitely doable if you've got a flashpass, or skip Pandy and the Vekoma clones. If I were you, I'd do SFNE a day and a half, and on the second day do a night session at Quassy. The Wooden Warrior is worth a few rides. Plus its right off 84, which is what you'll be taking to go from SFNE to Playland, SFGAdv, and Compounce.
gerstlaueringvar
Can't wait for 2014. I feel like whatever coaster replaces Flashback won't be spectacular. There just isn't enough room! How about this? I think two of them are enough already. Hope that Premier will come up with something even better.

gerstlaueringvar
^ Forgot about that... Especially the Boomerang was once operating in China I mean Premier could do something custom like SkyRocket and Deep Space.

If it's on a mild weekday, you should absolutely have enough time. The waterpark gets steady attendance no matter what, but it only gets slammed if it's hot as balls out. camthedominator
So, I was just wondering if any one has heard anything about the possibility of the removal of Flashback. I have grown to thoroughly dislike it over the past season. Oh, and while I am on the subject of Flashback, is it unusual to gray out while riding it, because the last time I went on it with my friends, I grayed out . _koppen
Any word on the height of this thing? I wonder if it will be same as Texas Starflyer/Eclipse or taller? Source
Diamondbacker27
Taller. "Worlds Tallest"
rcjp
^But everywhere I could find they said 400 feet, isn't that the same as the other two? If so, I suppose it will have to be taller.
CPSFMMCW
It will probably be the same. But it wouldn't surprise me if someone screwed up and this one is like 2 centimeters taller.
Password121
^I agree. Although Six Flags has been known to beat their own records, I think with the three 400ft. Skyscreamers they'll probably want to advertise them all as the world's tallest, just for the sake of claiming a record.
Dschu
It will most likly be a few feet higher.
coastercoaster5
I think it will be the same as over texas's. The one form SFOT was supposed to come here last year so im assuming they have the same plans they originally had.
necoastergp
I'm 98% sure it will be tallest with the flags on top stretching a bit further or something technical like that according to sfne
yay101
They probably advertise it as the tallest, since even though it's tied with SFOT's Sky Screamer, it's still "taller" than any other Sky Screamers, and SFNE can say that because there is no Sky Screamer that is "taller." camthedominator
Wow, I just saw that construction photo and it looks amazing. Oh, and regarding the topic of the height, last I heard, it was going to be something like 402 ft tall. I am not sure if I am wrong, so let me know if I am. Password121
I'm not sure it's fair to include the flags on top as part of the height to claim it as the tallest. For example, if Kingda Ka and Dragster were the same height, yet one had a metal rod sticking up on the stairs connected to the top hat, and saying that one is taller. The maximum height may be taller, but the ride itself does not reach a greater height.
gerstlaueringvar
Don't care about the record that much as long as it's scary high. I think TSS is mainly popular for the height instead of the record. GP think the height is scary so they go ride it.
necoastergp
NESS is topped off as off Friday the 14th. Pic from the top on SFNE twitter page.

camthedominator
You know, I would have thought that the NESS world have a more "New England" theme to if, but it still looks great. Also sense I live so close to the park I might be able to ride it soon!
coasterbill
You know, I would have thought that the NESS world have a more "New England" theme Perhaps the ride operators will ask the riders to "lowah their fahkin lap bah" and "have a wicked pissah ride". Would that work?
camthedominator
Yup, but I am originally from the south so I don't have that accent (and I'm glad I don't).
