cosmic hearse
Sounds like you had an awesome time! Did you get a churro or any ice cream from the ice cream place on Main Street? Can't wait for the full TR and to see all the pictures you took.
hemmy
Grizzly River Run is an under-par rapids ride in my opinion, because I want to get wet on a rapids ride, but this ride every time I have ridden it provides minimal water and makes it not worth anything but a short line. Wow really? It seems just about every time I've ridden it I've gotten wet pretty bad, which I hardly ever do on other rapids. That's why it's my favorite rapids ride (well that and the drops). I guess ultimately though it really just depends on your luck and where you're seated.
socalMAN123
^ Yeah, pretty much every time I've gone on GRR, I've gotten decently wet. It all does depend on where you are seated and luck too. It's also one of the more fun ones seeing as the landscaping is AMAZING. But hey, it's a Disney ride, whatcha gonna expect? ---Brent

I got drenched from head to toe 4/6 times. Waves of water splashing over, the 'leaks', and some geysers.  The single rider line is awesome!! PKI Jizzman
Here we go!  I fought for the window seat....and won  Ohh....rare view of Pacman Island!  It's just pretty up in the sky.  Oooh...even prettier!  Beautiful entrance to the beautiful Grand Californian Hotel.  Oooh...important stuff to help us have an amazing time!  The main lobby.  The views from our room!  But it's already 12:30...and there's fun to be had! After settling down, we get some snacks and our tickets and head out to DCA! The entrance is right next to GRR and it takes less than 5 minutes to get from the room to the park....I wouldn't have it any other way the next time I come back!  There's already fun being had over at GRR!  What? A drop on a rapids ride?! Awesome!  Start alll the way up there...and end way down here.  Hm, they made a hotel after this place...it must be awesome!  Woah, now that looks fun!  Launch in 5, 4, 3, 2, 1...!!!!  Speeding at 55mph down that launch track!  Duuude! Teens love it!  As well as kids and adults!  Smile! You're ad Disney's California Adventure! Oh, and watch your kids.  The Sun Wheel gives a nice, relaxing ride....  As well as giving some nice views of the rides and attractions!  I love that whole structure of Screamin'  3rd Row: "Hm...oh crap! 5 minutes until my fast pass expires!"  "G Forces...messing with my watch!"  "All this hairtime...it's getting to my eyes!"  The Zephyr i......wait, is that a couch I see? Damn! That's how nice Disney is.  Two icons of DCA in one. I win.   And that's hardly the beginning! -JZ
PKI Jizzman
Aw, was everyone that upset I didn't go to Knott's?  Here's more kickassery at Disney!!!  Orange train seriously rocks. And that loop is really good!  My first Intamin loop I liked it a lot.  Oh yeah. So Disney believes in 36 second dispatches....I do too.  It's just pretty, isn't it?  Hehehehehe.....I'm in Disneyland.  Mmm candy chorn. Yah! Look at meh, I'm a catipillar!  A bunch of kiddie rides and over-sided objects...still a cool place!  Oh, and a bunch of really pretty flowers.  See! Everything's unusually large...what's that up there?  Unusually large sign, oh.  And I sense large amount of airtime.  Oh, you can't get any prettier than that.  I don't know, Robb wears blue pretty nice  Enough sillyness, we have a check in time!  Yup, at the Hollywood Tower Hotel. Close enough to Hollywood...  But seriously, ToT is my favorite drop ride of all time. IMO, you just can't beat it! It's got a nice theme, great set up and Disney charm. And the ride...awesome effects and visual illusions, and the ride only has seat belts! The airtime is great, and it gives a taste of everything. Short drops, long drops, and space shot-esque launch and drops!   Hope you all are enjoying! More updates to come!
cinciDAWGS12
Wow! I can't believe I missed you! I went to LA from July 13th to the 19th. Except I did everything around that area Even though the castle is tiny, Disneyland was a ton of fun and California Adventure had some great rides too. Knott's was alright nothing special. I really liked Ghostrider! It was out of control from the beginning! Six Flags Magic Mountain is my favorite park! X2 was cool but my favorite ride was definitely Goliath. That helix is intense! I also went to Universal for a very short time...California is great! Hope you had a blast JZ!

PKI Jizzman
(Take note all on ride pictures/videos were approved before riding) Â Â Yay, dark ride time! I liked this one. Â I think this will be our special transportation for the day. Â They even offered snacks before the ride! I was content with my churro, though. Â Monsters are so organized. NO STALKING, IT SAYS DON'T STALK! Â Hehehe. I like these guys. Â Mickey was outside! And he has a great pose, by the way. Â Meeper/Beeker was showing us how this contraption works before Muppets: 3D. Great guy, great guy... Â Incase you forgot what attraction we were at... Â Outside, there's an AMAZING barber shop quaret performing. Just great to listen to. Â GRRR! ANGRY FACE! But sweet melodies.. Â Â Amazing wieners. Â Under the bridge downtown, Is where I drew some blood. Under the bridge downtown, I could not get enough. Under the bridge downtown, forgot about my love. Under the bridge downtown, I gave my life awayayayay. (I'm in Cali, you guys better know those lyrics) Â Dream of californiacationnnn.... Â Standing in the same spot as below, just turned around. It's so awesome how close the parks are! Â So convenient...and so similar. It's been 6-7 years since I've seen WDW! Â Hey Matt! Unfortunately I didn't see the monorail much. To quote a cast member, "It's more of a distraction than attraction." But I totally get how this is meant as an attraction, not transportation. Â ...of course this is the first thing I do once I get into Disneyland! Â OMG! The Traveling Putt-Putt Gang! (TPPG) Â Hey Walt! Thanks for this awesome place! Â "Remember to wash your balls before playing..." Â Hey Jahan! Boy, do I have some porn for you... Â Dude, I hope you like it wet and messy.... Â [ No but really, Matterhorn is freaking gorgeous. Â WTF just happened? Â Dan?! Â Quick dispatches for a twin coaster. And...is that Kevin James in the orange shirt and white hat? Â Just plain fun! Â Space Mountain freaking rocked. Enough said. We'll come back to that. Â Mickey is just a get up and go guy. He does everything, man! Â Dayyuuummm...that IS a nice caboose! Â Â That's all for tonight's update, folks! Was just wide awake because I came home from a KI party. Drop Zone from 11PM to 1AM! <3333 Â Enjoy!!! And don't forget to leave some comments, guys. I really appreciate it. -JZ
the ghost
Ohhhh. You are so lucky. I hate working a a water park . It gets to cold at night for water slide ERT and lines suck when you are wet at 11 oclock. Oh well, next summer hopefully I can work at Disneyd as I heard it was pretty flexible so I could work nights and weekends. I see it like this  Water Slides< ERT on SCreamin, Indy, Space, THunder, Splash, Buzz, Tower, Pirates. And every other ride.   I LOVE DISNEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1  And being a pass holder. dino
Wow, some really beautiful pictures in this update . I never tire of Disney TRs. Â I especially liked this shot of TOT. It's cool how you can see the inside of the "broken" shaft is painted to look like the inside of a hotel hallway. Nice Detail.

PKI Jizzman
Here again with another update!  (No caption needed)  Choose your language! (More spanish than english, IMO)  Ah, California. Adventure, even. Yeah, weather was *PERFECT* 75-80* and sunny, no humidity. (Cincinnati sucks)  Mmm...sounds tasty...where are we?  Oh, the California Zephyr!  Noooo...not that one.  Livin' it up at the hotel California...  This sun isn't happy or sad. Emotionless.  This should warm the hearts of my readers, then.  Oh, this is where we have dinner the last night. Looks fancy.  What happened to the Silver Vine Winery?  Hey....shouldn't this be at Kings Island next year?  Pure. Awesomeness.  I've got the 55-200mm lense right now...you'll get panoramas later  Bunch of fun, casual rides on the other side of the Pier.  Hidden Mickey count....1  It's similar to BBW. Except you're flying over airtime hills through Cali. Niiiice.  Yeah....no brakes.  "...This launch is LIM, there for satisfactory."  Gotta give Hanno and Mokeypants credit for inspiration  Wayyyyy cooler looking at night. Like Mil.F.  "Launch"  Someone's bound to go CRAZY over this.  In the Loop podca.....wait, does that even exist anymore?   More updates to follow! -JZ
