According to the article I read, she started eating right and exercising 2 or even 3 times per day. Rock on! Everytime he plays it on the computer, it gets stuck in my head for at least a few hours. I could possibly handle the degradation... if Jon wasn't SCREAMING the words. His voice makes me shudder with disgust.
