We really should just set aside a set day and time to have a tournament. I know it's been crazy with the holidays (well for me anyway) so maybe after the New Year. I've also added a few people, and some come up with the question mark. Not sure what exactly that means, but next time I play I am going to make sure I added everyone. I may have missed a few people.
