You should easily get one park done in one day. It's close to an hour and a half between each park, longer at rush hour. If you have an evening to spare, Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk is about an hour and a half south of CGA.

Last spring break I got all the credits at both parks in one day.. mind you it was cold and drizzly so the crowds were light, but it is possible.
