You might want to go to the first post in this thread and read the Title Fairy's rules--particularly this one: Golden Rule #1: To ask for a custom title, you must have 150 real posts on the forum. Real posts means not 3/4ths of your posts in games threads. If you are an active member of the site, this should be no problem! The Title Fairy is strict, but fair.
