CycloneMan
A big warm thanks to the members of Gadv Online who took Renee and I into thier group for the latter part of the day and made us feel welcomed. Youy're very welcome Mike. Hopefully we can do it again some time, because even though the park wasn't quite up to par, we had a great time BTW: this person is Matt (Millennium Force 44). He's a good friend of mine as well -Dainan "Too bad you missed out on the Coney festivities" Rafferty

Big Mike
Hello Fantastic Friends!!! The next stop on The Big Mike Road Show 2009 is Legoland!!! Legoland has three roller coasters, and adults can ride all 3 of them! I have a park map, but it wound up too big to scan. I hope you enjoy! Peace, Big Mike Clue #5! THERE IT IS!!! It is a little hard to see being yellow and the cover is yellow too, but you can make out the white sticker that holds it in place! GO FIND IT!!!! Hope you enjoyed! Peace, Big Mike Clue #4! You may have to get on your knees to see under the stroller cover! Clue #3! Clue #2! Notice that this is OUTSIDE the park! Big Mike is not going to force his Valuable Big Mike Readers to pay $63 to find the Mikestery Card! Time for another game of Mikestery Treasure Hunt!!! Find the Mikestery card to finish one of the quests to win a one week condo stay! This is clue #1. Big Mike loves Sea Horses! The big difference from other aquariums is this one has lego stuff in the water. Not the best aquarium I have ever been to by far, but I just made my own fun. Kids get a gamecard to play during thier visit, and can win a sticker if they get all the correct answers. A map of the aquarium. Right next door to Legoland is the Sea Life Aquarium, an extra $10 if you get a combo ticket. Yep, there he is! A friend told me to check out Grand Central Station and to look in the basement for a guy going to the bathroom! Even on vacation, I can't get away from those UPS trucks! Hey, that is what I am going to be riding too! Hey, that is where I will be staying at too! Hey, Vegas is where I am heading next! Obama getting sworn in. It is a huge display and very entertaining to look at. Miniland! The drop. The lift. The car. Overview. Technic Coaster! I wanted to sneak in this door to get better pictures, but Big Mike is far from a model citizen. This coaster is very well hidden, so this is all I was able to get. The lift. The Dragon! Credit #760 for Big Mike! The lift. The train. Coastersaurus! The prices. You read that correct, $63! Legoland in Carlsbad California!

ebl
It's been too long since I went to Legoland California. I see a bunch of stuff that wasn't there in 2001 when I was last there. Eric
packfanlv
Thanks Big Mike. We visited Legoland a couple of years ago and found it very enjoyable for what it is. $63 is a little ridiculous though. As always you provide a fun and informative report.
tigerxeyez
Nice TR, we went to Legoland last year. It's a nice park, but was extremely crowded! Glad you had fun!
ghost007jas
Did you do the Knights Tournament ride? Because that's the most bomb thing in the entire park!
bobafett
That's awesome that they had a little UPS truck in one of the displays. I know what you mean Big Mike, even when I'm on vacation I can't seem to get away from Big Brown HA!
Calicoasters
Awesome TR Big Mike. I've always wondered what Legoland looked like and why it cost almost $65! I live really close to the park but I've never been there because it doesn't seem like my kind of place or price! The park does look pretty cool though, I can see why the little ones in my family love it! Conradulations to whoever finds the Big Mike Road Show sticker! SharkTums
I love Legoland soooo much! And they just keep expanding and making it even better! Yes it's crazy priced, but look how busy it is! They can and deserve getting that price.
Calicoasters
^^I might be there, it might not be there... Who knows! Pay the $12 and find out! ^Yeah, atleast with Legoland you see where your money goes every year! Expanison, Expansion, Expansion!

ginzo
I love Legoland soooo much! And they just keep expanding and making it even better! Yes it's crazy priced, but look how busy it is! They can and deserve getting that price. Yeah, out of all the SoCal parks that we visited back in 2007 Legoland was our second favorite. While it's easy to look good when compared to Knott's, Legoland is just so darn intricate. I can't imagine the time invested in building all those complicated Lego creations. Definitely looking forward to visiting the original Legoland here in a few months. Also, for out-of-town visitors looking to hit a lot of attractions, you can get a Go San Diego card that covers a bunch of regional attractions and makes Legoland a much better value. Big Mike
That trip will be a long weekend! I will wait on these things: A. A nice weather weekend. B. The new coaster at Busch Gardens to be open, along with Dominator at Kings Dominion and Motor World in Virginia Beach! C. When both A and B are good, then I will look for a 2 night stay in my condo club to be available down there! I will give everyone fair warning when it will be. Thanks for the love everybody!! Volt
Big Mike!! I was over at Legoland today and guess what I found ...... NOTHING I swear, I think one of the little kids took it. I had to wake up so F'ing early and have my friend drive me just to find out it's not there. In the case that a TPR member took it, then don't take this as an insult, because I'll only be mad if a non-TBMRS, non-TPR member took it. P.S. Thanks to Tim(T-Jizz) for driving me out there P.S.S. Also, if nobody ever claims, I believe I should get the credit for being to first one to arrive there.
Calicoasters
What time did you get to Legoland? And I think the policy should be no sticker, no credit!
Volt
^ I arrived at Legoland at about 11:30am. And no, if a little kid took it, I should get the credit because I would've been the first to get it anyways.
Big Mike
Dear Chris, That really stinks about The Mikestery Treasure Hunt Card!!! Lets wait and see if someone else already beat you to it. I hope you were looking at the right spot With the outside weather and the fabric of the stroller, it is quite possible it just fell off. I pressed the two sided sticker as hard as I could to make sure it would stick and even went back later in the day to see if it was still stuck there, and it was! Lets wait and see and then I will have the big wigs at Big Mike Productions make a ruling!! I will even offer my input that you drove all the way there and made the great effort to find it! Peace, Big Mike
