StyleStorm Posted June 5, 2007 Share Posted June 5, 2007 Fårup Sommerland will add an expansion for the 2008 season, for the cost of 25 million kroner, approx. 5 million $, and rumors say they will build a roller coaster, or at least 'big'. Djurs Sommerland is NOT confirmirmed with a roller coaster, and there is not said how many money they will spend on the next season. Only known fact is that they may build to a heigh of 40 metres, on their parking lot (there will be constructed a new parking lot for the 2008 season). Bakkens Roller Coaster type is NOT confirmed, only that it may be named 'Accelerator Coaster'. They may build to the heigh of 24 metres, the same heigh as Kanonen at Liseberg which is around 150 kilomitres away. Legoland will build a huge resort at the price of 2,5 bill. kroner. IMHO the only place they can fit that is inside the water tower, that is, if they first scrap the idea of building a hotel inside it, then they remove Space Express, one of the more reknown rides amongst younger visitors, great theming and whatnot.
