The Simpsons Theme Park

Like many people have said already, I can see it as an addition to a park like IOA, but I can't really see it working as a park on its own. Sure there are enough ideas to play off of to fill an entire park, but to me it seems like something people would go to once just to experience it and not return again and again. I can see it getting old really quickly. Then again, I'm one of those people who used to love the Simpsons but think it stopped being a good show years ago.

That would be cool, but I can't imagine how more than 2 or 3 themed areas would work out. I can only imagine how sadistic the childrens area would be...

Anyway, The Simpsons would make a better land (Or a USF Attraction )

part of a TV themed park.

 

The simpsons wold be one land

 

Seinfield would be another

 

CSI, would be another

 

and to top it off, HBO's The Sopranos

I heard that the Back to the Future ride in Universal Florida that is shut now is going to be turned into a Simpsons Attraction. Maybe a simpsons version of Soarin' but a tour through Springfield ?

I really LOVE the idea of a Simpsons land in an existing park, but I agree with everyone who's saying that a full pakr would be overkill. I'd definitely go there if I ws in the area, but I can't see it having tons of repeat value. But even within one themed land, you could have different areas...I'd love to see a Praiseland section! And a Little World of Duff ride! And I really love the idea of having Moe's as an actual bar you could go have a drink in. I think there are so many posibilities of stuff you could put in it, that it would definitely work!

 

Here's hoping that they raze Back to the Future and put in a Simpsons land!

Those of you over 20, when was the last time you saw a new Simpsons that didn't feel like a retread of an old story?

 

What makes you think that us youths don't feel that way. The classic episodes up to about season 10 were good, but from then on they've just been crap.

 

I think that a whole theme Park for the Simpson's maybe just a little to much, prehaps a 20th Century Fox theme park could be done, with Animated Shows an area.

Well the votes show that the majority would like a Simpsons park, but most of the posts agree that a section of an existing park would work better than an entire park.

I agree, I think a section of Universal would be cool.

 

Or even better, maybe a brand new Fox park would work. They could do everything from the Simpsons, to Star Wars, etc. Virtual American Idol anyone?

Dont get me wrong; i love the simpsons but i think a whole theme park; well it just wont work; it will get boring very quick not really much room for expansion to the themel maybe a area of a park but not a whole one.

Professor Frink's Timewarp-A Back To The Future attraction but with The Simpsons instead
