Jakizle 11
Thanks for reading ya'll! Here it goes: Hot chicks + good theming = best SF ride ever! What a beautiful coaster! Now it just needs grass under it...*hint hint* Up the lift, which was very fast Ditto More THBS from ground level People tripped down the exit stairs so many times...lol they may be a little steep. THBS's que offered nice SKC shots In other news, Superman found his way back to his vertical loop Panda Express was just that...quick and ready! It was nice to have warm food from SF for a change This filled my tummy already Johnny Rockets will be getting my money soon enough A never before possible shot of Polty and Scream together...aww The new plankin' on the boardwalk was mighty fine The transfer track was where Joker's station track used to be...if you looked in there, Joker's theming was still present! Very nice que actually, the boards were interesting and the video was fantastic... I totally boardslided this ramp mayne A look from the que The wait looks bad, but for whatever reason, SF had the indoor que closed in the morning... But I turned the corner, and woah, there she was! I'll start with what I went to the park for! I could see it through the trees (and bus) on the way back!
robbalvey 102
The coaster looks fun, but where is all the good theming? All I see is mud:
Gnome 0
i love hot chicks and theming!

snuggles 0
Whats happening to the chain?
Eunuch Provocateur 0
Whats happening to the chain? On some really steep lifts, the chain hangs out above the track at the bottom of the lift, that's all... I think.
TheBannedKid 0
All these coasters do that...there is no chain box guiding the chain, so it lifts from the channel. Same with Muholland Madness.
ElToroExtreme 0
HOLY CRAP (sorry for all caps but its needed read on) Is that a six flags coaster because i see an train on the lift and one waiting at the bottom to go up the lift??? OMG i just crapped my pants!!! hopefully it stays like that!!! look cool i wish GADV has one cause we dont have much for the 8 to 10 yr old class!!!
snuggles 0
Yes.. It is... Fast dispatches are what happen when its 4 people per car/train/thing.
ElToroExtreme 0
well its still suprising for a six flags coaster
Guy T. Koepp 0
The ride looks fun. does anybody know if this is a clone of the Mr. Six ride at 6FNE? Great Pics!
rileybrands 0
Wait a minute! So is Tempest still there? In that picture with Scream! and Poltergeist, I didn't see it. Can't you usually see it from that view? It might be a little further over than I thought (if it's still there), but Screamscape had posted a rumor that Tempest might be leaving the park. What's the deal on that rumor? Any truth to that? Anyways, I'm so excited to go there next weekend to ride THBS. It looks great! The Boardwalk looks great! Finally a new coaster at SFFT! gth44331 0
Looks great! Woudln't mind a spinning coaster down in Ozlando, even if it was only a kiddie one... Nice Avatar BTW!
the sound 0
^ Ozlando! Never heard that one before! It looks ok, not great though. I prefer the Mack style spinning rides. The hot chick looked alright though..
stricklandCC 0
It spins, but still not exactly stellar... "orlando"--spining coaster: http://www.rcdb.com/ig1566.htm?picture=
Rocker_Dude 0
Yeh they need a spinning coaster here in Orlando. And I mean an authentic spinning ride, not a spinning wild mouse. If Universal put's in a spinning coaster in place of the BTTF ride. Then I will be excited. Man they could theme it to alot of things. Just nothing off the top of my head right now. Tony Hawk's Big Spin looks fun, but I LOVE the tarantula spinning ride that Robb & Elissa did a video on.
crazyrider06 1
Nice pictures, and I agree there was no themeing there wth!
Jakizle 11
Heh, alright, I agree that it's not too pretty under the ride, but you have to give SF a little credit for the theming in the que and on the building outside. Also, it was pretty fun riding over the ramp section, it did actually remind me of gliding over a ramp on a skateboard! Gerstlauer and SF are actually using a quite different loading system on this ride than was used on Pandemonium. On THBS, two trains are loaded and unloaded simultaneously, and then sent off together. One waits at the bottom of the lift while the other makes the climb. This allows for 2 cars to be in the station, 2 in the lift area, 2 on the circuit, and 2 waiting to be loaded/unloaded on the brake run. It worked quite well, and the lines moved very fast. With the que building completely filled and the 3 long switchbacks on the boardwalk filled, It only took me about an hour to make it on the coaster. I'll get around to posting some more photos in a little bit! One last shot of SKC under the sun Weird weather yesturday...unfortunetly I left before the storm started brewin' Back at SKC, I waited the longest I ever have...30 minutes! This is where Rattler does "the wave." The new wood slapped on there doesnt help either An attempt at a scenic shot of Rattler's helix of _____. Another angle of the blocks and the cool ramp turn The magical chain lift! Close up of the chain lift and drive tires for those who were asking The ride's entry on the Boardwalk...your supposed to enter on the right, but a lack of signs confused many people I think those TH logos on top are pretty sweet
CoasterIdiot 0
I was at SFFT over the weekend as well. I have been working in Austin for 2 months. I rode THBS twice during the day. The first time was 1:20 minute wait. The second was about :45minutes. Any more good hot chick pictures!! I thought I saw that blond. It looked like my wife 20 years ago! Jakizle 11
No! I didn't even realize she was there...Gnome pointed her out For some reason, my photos were distorted when I uploaded the second set. Ohwell!
tonyblackjack 0
Six Flags really missed the boat here. This is one coaster that would have been fine in a parking lot because of the skate boarding theme and they build it over dirt sad.

Whoops, I tottaly missed your comment. Actually, Tempest was located right were THBS's sweeping turn is located. It has been removed from the park though!
almightyfire 0
I was excited about this coaster from the virtual ride but now that I see it in real life my excitement has left. Something is misssing to me, I just cant put my finger on it.
Jayjay719 0
Great pictures! Tony Hawks Big Spin actually looks quite fun. I'm looking forward for Six Flags this year. Lets hope they have a good year!
