ParkTrips
I think he's referring to the fact that Sprint's network doesn't technically meet the standards set to be officially designated "4th generation" (at least that's what I recall reading when I signed up for their wimax service) Still, it's splitting hairs. cooksta77
I pre-ordered my Verizon iPhone so my Droid is now going to be traded in. -Cookie
RCFreak
^^Correct, both WiMax and LTE in their current forms do not meet the requirement for 4G, but as soon as they get their upgrades in a few years, they will be able to be true 4G (and not just in advertising!). After having the iPhone 3g for a few months, and the iPhone 3GS for even less, I'm now using a Samsung Galaxy S phone (Captivate on AT&T) rooted to run stock Android 2.2. I freaking love it so so far.
astroworldfan1
I'm extremely happy with my iPhone 4. Sometimes browsing the web using 3G is faster than my wifi at my house.
doublestufforeo
The Samsung Exclaim, backed by Sprint. Mine has a silver casing around it though so it doesn't look that thin, in fact I think the casing makes it look better.
DJeXeL
^Current. I've had every generation of iPhone and this is the one I've loved the most. Motorola Atrix will be mine when it is released March 6th.
Punkie
Nokia N8. I have a Nokia 5800 XpressMusic which I'm giving to my boyfriend when I buy a new one. Looked at the N8 and kinda fell in love - Is it as good as it looks?
Sir Clinksalot
So I just had to share the unveiling of R2D2 ... He came in a "Carbonite" Box R2D2 in his box, this is the back. It's not a cheap sticker or anything, it's totally awesome.
davisal771
Well on Sunday I convinced my mom to make the jump from her 4 year old KRZR to a smartphone. She got the HTC HD7, which has a nice big screen because her eyes aren't the greatest, plus Windows Phone 7 is really easy to use which is great because she isn't very tech savvy. Couldn't imagine her with an Android or even an iPhone. I've been rooting and modding my phone, been changing roms nearly once a week. Loving the Android OS even more than ever
astroworldfan1
iPhones are extremely easy to use. My mom barely knows how to use the computer, and she quickly caught on to the iPhone.

signaltwo
Samsung Instinct s30. Not a bad phone, just wish it actually had buttons. The touchscreen acts up sometimes.
astroworldfan1
^When I had Sprint, I wanted an Instinct SO bad. Every Christmas I would ask for it, but I never got it. They aren't popular phones around here; I can only think of three people that I've seen with Instincts.
Ed Farmer
Samsung Omnia II with Windows Mobile 6.5- wouldn't trade it for Android or iPhone for anything. I'm patiently waiting for Verizon to carry Windows Mobile 7 (and the Omnia 7). I just switched to VZ last spring from Sprint and their awful customer service and have loved it, but I won't be long here if they won't bring in WM7 over the summer. davisal771
^ Windows Phone 7 is really cool. My mom got one on T-mobile, I've played with it. It's really easy to use, smooth, and really a pleasant experience.

braztaz
A Samsung Intensity. (it pretty much sucks but i rarely use it so w/e) Same here! I hate how you can only take about 60 pictures and then it runs out of memory. It's a really crappy phone but it gets the job done for the least amount of money....
