coasterdude5
Update Year 50 FlyUira was up and running tonight after a short breakdown! The park was packed tonight. This area of the park looks darker to me. The park needs some lighting over here. There's been talk that the Hershey Express train might be closing! This morning the train was chugging along with a train-full of passengers. Where is everybody? This ride has hit it big with the thrill-junkies. The sun setting always makes the ride glow. Yes, Loco is open! I was allowed to go up to the balcony of the giftshop next to Taco Bell and take some pictures of Grande Bay. More soon! coasterdude5
^ Thanks! I should've left The Great Voyage there but I originally thought the coaster would take up that whole area.
kraken613
I wish RCT 3 had Euro Fighters in it this park would be awsome with one of those! Nice looking still!
Kingbooba
Wow, I've missed a lot! What are the current attractions? Tidal Wave is gone, isn't it?

coasterdude5
Update Year 50 Well, the park's 50th season is coming to a close... Year 50 overview It's been a crazy year so far. Sadly though, attendance records did not match what they were projected to be. Don't get me wrong, it was a successful year, but they were hoping for a massive increase this year. But you gotta remember, the park is on an island. You can't make a long day trip over from Cali. They do have to attract the people that are already on the island. That includes vacationers. But we're doing alright. 50 Years... Still can't believe it's been that long. Rides have come and gone... Some have even returned! Some rides have been re-visioned. Some have come back seemingly untouched. It'll be interesting to see what the future holds for HHE. More soon.

King of Ka
Before you finish this park, you should have an update that highlights the history of the park. It makes me sad to know this park is nearing it's end.
coasterdude5
^ How do you know it's nearing its end? Update Year 50 Well it's the last day of the park's 50th season. It was hotter than it had been in a while so I decided to hit the waterpark. It had been a while since I had knocked out all of the slides in one visit. But today was the perfect day to do so! I decided to go to the dry side of the resort to look at some construction going on. The old skyway station was being demolished as I arrived. The final Year 50 Celebration attraction will be announced tomorrow! More soon.
GoogleMickey
I can't believe how much land there is there. I personally think a well rounded flat ride with some water would be really good, or a roller soaker
coasterdude5
Update Year 51 Announcement HERSHEY HAWAII - Hershey continues its long-time tradition of family entertainment with the announcement of Waikiki Whizzer, a family-style wild mouse coaster that will meet everybody's tastes! Waikiki Whizzer takes its riders nearly seven stories above Grande Bay Boardwalk before speeding through zig-zags and plummeting down small dips. The ride features small swooping drops and offers a great view of the surrounding area. Riders are seated in small orange 4-seater cars. The track is an inviting aqua blue with yellow rails and white supports. The ride features a compact layout with suprisng maneuvers throughout. The ride is one of the many new Year 50 Celebration rides that have opened within the last couple of years including Leopard, Storm, Loco, and Hotel Hellvetica: The Ride. The ride's entrance will be located on Grande Bay Boardwalk and its exit will be just around the corner. The ride is expected to be ready in time for the park's 51st season of operation. Waikik Whizzer features many drops, turns, and more in its compact layout!

Vffreak07
I dunno man, I think that somethin like a ball coaster should go there or an X-Car or somethin. . . I'm just not feelin it.

coasterdude5
I dunno man, I think that somethin like a ball coaster should go there or an X-Car or somethin. . . I'm just not feelin it. I already have/have had both of those! I do not reuse ride types. This was just about the only option left other than an inverter boomerang which looked terrible in that spot. Vffreak07
Or maybe you could put something in there like a memorial for the park?
kraken613
Your about out of coaster types. You have to stop this park soon if you wont put same ride types back. Some of the rides left over 40 years ago!
rckrazy06
I don't know. just try to do something with that white area underneath it, it is sort of ugly.
MagicMountainMan
I actually think that it is a good addition for the park seeing that the last two coasters were both 'big' thrills. And it's the perfect ride for that particular spot. The only thing I could see changing is the layout. Definitely doesn't looks like your normal wild mouse coaster. But maybe that's the point, it's supposed to be abnormal! But nice addition CD5. I am like in love with this park!
2nd coming
like the rest of the people siad im not really like the addition but who knows maybe it will work
